  2. With all the caveats that go along with unconventional treatments, Thailand would score a grand slam home run on medical tourism if this pans out. Because Big Pharma would make 100% sure that an economical treatment for cancer would never see the light of day in the USA or Europe. The only option for victims will be flying to a country like Thailand where they don't throw doctors in jail for getting crosswise with Big Pharma's FDA. Fingers crossed that they succeed.
  3. Hello, I got a letter from my bank that I had to move my account to another branch, because the branch I was with will be closed. I asked them for same account number but that was not possible. So when I need to get my next retirement visa , it will not be full 3 months. So my question is what do you think, will they understand that I was forced to change my account and accept my money was all the time in the bank ? my retirement visa expire 20 juli on Saturday. can I ask for new retirement visa on 22 juli because then my money has been for 90 days at the same account number ?
  4. Not just hours before the attack, but repeated warnings from Indian & Sri Lankan intelligence in the months prior with caches of explosives being found in Sri Lanka, specific people being identified and so on. The attack was not a spur of the moment event, been planned for months. Lack of action by government apparently due to political dispute between PM & President. Would not be surprised to read of complete shake up of politicians in Sri Lanka (potentially criminal charges?)
  5. Can someone translate the date for me? Thanks.
  6. I think it's kind of cute that they ask for the account holders' permission before they have the bank send in the taxes.
  7. But how could they know that by looking at your passport? Many countries do not stamp your passport now.
  8. Sneaky bastards. Now they'll have to add one more pardon in the amnesty they'll undoubtedly try to push through if there's ever a free and valid election.
  9. The expiry date is always stamped onto the card, if he had cared to look. Secondly, most ATMs here can be used without a card ( You do need the account details though)
  10. One hopes this time 'round trump doesn't attack / insult his host country.
  11. Nonsense... for homework? Try to be helpful. 10k is the budget. shady86 posted one for 13k that would do the job and is portable. Unless her homework includes 3D modelling, you are way off the mark.
  12. and the Right of Centre followers do so? - easy proven they do not by posters on this forum aggressively seeking to suppress so called 'lefties'
  13. It's a training exercise for Christ Buddha sake. If you're not out perpetually bombing the crap out of every country that looks at you crosswise (like some of our own countries), you need to do something to train your people and knock the cobwebs off the equipment.
  14. Unfortunately, some of what you write is wrong. The processor on that device is relatively poor and a Full HD spec on a small screen actually makes the font smaller and therefore more of a strain on the eyes. I certainly prefer Full HD, but then I have large screen laptops. Full HD IPS, even better. Saying that, the colour, weight and spec may suit the girl, though of course it is over budget.
  15. I figured it out. My credit card had expired. So, Grab wouldn't let me book a car. An error message about the card would have been helpful. So, works now.
  16. To the OP... Check out some recent threads about people who have been rejected at the airport, then crossed over quite easily at a land border.
  17. i'll admit i'm biased, but I really struggle to see how most of the charges are as serious as they are making out, the exim bank is supposed to loan money so neighbouring countries can but thai goods and services conflict of interest? possibly, but it's also very possible that the conflict of interest was acknowledged, disclosed, etc
  18. Of course they're not having a drought crisis. It's a competence crisis. Along with a corruption crisis. But that's redundant.
  19. Bravo! Always happy to see this type of research happening and promoted. Hopefully, it will spawn some good mature dialogue about cannabis-based medicine in this forum rather than so many of the meaningless "Reefer Madness" type of comments that are made here.
  20. He works for the he people-Let’s see everything-what is there to hide? He gave up privacy when he became a public servant . All his business records are open as well, as he still owns them yay!
