and so you buy an old rundown trailer and pay $500 a month in lease rent until the owner of the land decides to double or triple the rent or more likely sell the entire property to a developer for condos and you are given a few months notice to get your mobile off the lot which is not cheap and often mobile so old can't be moved safely and even then where u gonna move it and who pays for that?....not a lot of long term leases offered at those prices..

You've lived there before? Some of these parks have old trailers permanently parked for sale for as little as 10k use. If someone is forced to repatriate due to health or other concerns then this is a viable alternative to living in a car. Homeless people are everywhere. I'd classifify many expats as drifters.

The man is free to do as he wishes. However, it is quite obvious that he has a sense of entitlement. He genuinely believes that he should keep his titles even tough he no longer represents the institution, nor acts on its behalf. As long as he insists on keeping his royal titles he deserves to be ridiculed for being a hypocrite. His wife doesn't get it. She isn't royalty and never will be. It isn't just about being born into it, but in being trained since birth and a willingness to give up one's own privacy and individuality for the sake of the nation represented. The "palace" doesn't bleed anyone dry. Why offer up such nonsensical hyperbole? There isn't hatred, just disdain for a hypocrite. You really don't know if he is decent or not. All you have seen are what has been presented through small amounts of media coverage, both independent and put out by Harry and company. Maybe he is decent, and maybe he does have some empathy for others, but it is obvious that he is not particularly bright. The Invictus games were a well planned strategy to present him in a good light. As the participation in active conflicts has reduced, so too has the number of military wounded and amputees and hopefully, we will continue to see fewer of them. His pursuit of the tabloids has been a bust. He claims he doesn't want media interference, yet, he and his wife seek to use the media for their own financial benefit. If he really wants to be separate from the Royal family and its obligations and dutie,s then he should just make a clean sweep of it and let go of his titles. Ive run an airbnb....it SHOULD be up to them to DO the TM30 as its their property and you are the guest...many dont do it...can also be done on website...IMM may not even care I would go to IMM and simply ask them to correct it....they should.....if not you have 30 days...which can be extended another 30 for 1900 bt(50usd) you could then do the allowed 2 border runs and get another 30+ext and the 2nd run for another 30+ext...=6 months.....i will return there in 2 weeks and ive been doing this for 15 yrs one way never a visa i stay my 6 months and go home..... maybe can ask your airbnb host to go with you in case the TM30 issue comes up but id doubt they care but you never know here....my landlord in my apt does mine when i arrive each year

Yes, that's what our EV cost. And our ICE version (mid level of 3 at the time) cost 695k, on sale at the time at the entry level price, or it would have cost 739k, I think. Top end then was 799k. Which would be a fairer comparison, as having most of the same options as EV, except sunroof, which we don't want in TH. Which would put it cost to 150k additions price, but we'll stick with actually numbers for us. So that 4.5 - <6 yrs ROI is probably conservative, for a much better performing car. I also rounded up the price of PEA, as nobody paid 5 baht, for easy math. You wouldn't use MG Supercharger, unless you couldn't charge at home. You could even use CS vendors that use off peak rates, of 5.5 baht per kWh, if really wanting to knock some baht off, about 25%. Also based on 20k of local driving as what most do. Same as ICEV owners, cost would go up when O&A, as hwy speed use more energy/fuel when maintaining constant 90kph, or trying to. So the same for both when O&A. Especially since off peak rates at some vendors on weekends, when you would be O&A. Of course, the more you drive locally, the more you save. When living at Udon Thani, I was putting on 70 kms a day, with 2 school runs daily, 6 days a week, 18.5k a year, (265 days) just taking the wee one to/from school for 9 months. If you picked up the EV, on one of it's discounted months, (about 4 last year) cost would only be 869k, I think. That would knock off about 2 year., making it 2.5-,4 yr ROI. As stated, you're getting a more comfy ride, that performs much better than the ICE version. The ROI and future savings is just a plus. Really a no brainer for someone spending 20k kms or more a year in their car.

You need to add some context. The member punched someone for throwing water at him when he asked him not to. I don't know about you, but if I'm "playing Songkran" as I have in the past, and someone asks me not to throw water, I don't. On the main Songkran day of course anyone who wants to stay dry should not be out, but there are many days leading up to the main day when people would prefer to stay dry as they might want to go shopping at a mall or eat at a restaurant.

i'll be back in 2 weeks and back on my bike....just my daily routine...and casual biking with breaks...i usually head out after school and traffic breaks up and when the sun starts to set... i get a 5 G jug of water from water co down the street for 20bt..bought a little auto water pump and fill 2 tall water bottles...water..salt..lime juice-simple syrup(all 3 from tesco X) and slug those down.. usually get fruit--yogurt--salad ..maybe coconut water on my way home at night to hydrate more as i just dont get hungry from the heat......used to do the Royal D packs but was a pain getting in the bottles and lots of sugar etc......so my homemade "gatorade" does the trick and i can adjust salt-sweet-lime levels....can also do it with water..fresh oj and salt......or my fruit lady will make a 32 oz shake for free if i buy the fruit from her..only thing is im so thirsty i chug it and the deadly brain freeze comes in.......Mini C used to sell watermelon juice...missing that..but coconut water is always a win......
