  1. Late coming back to this topic. Made appt at CW in person, next one worked online. Go figure.

Yes, wait a few days but it's always a gamble not to get caught out & spend a whole day in queue, CW traffic & so on.

However, I have read elsewhere that the FIRST 90-day report after a new extension has to be made either in person or by mail.

Anyone had such experience? Would be way easier to just continue clicking the magnifying glass!

    Thanks for your help.

  2. Right, I guess. Good to know the arrival card number is unimportant. The problem seems to be my port of entry.

My application was 'pending' for two weeks so I had to go on the last day to avoid the fine.

    Are you using this

    https://tm47.immigration.go.th/tm47/#/register/add

There is no field for TM6.

Folk using this just fill in pp # and nationality and then hit magnifying glass.

Any field that needs change just backspace in field and make change.

One example of possible change : last entry date.

Thanks, Jack. I used the magnifying glass method & change the date of expiry. But nowhere to enter port of entry so it does not appear on completed PDF.

    Any ideas, please?

  3. Online reporting worked great through 2022. But after my latest retirement extension, the online system failed for me.

When I submit my report online, the PDF generated on submission left several crucial items blank such as the tick-box for “NON-IMM”, port of entry (“BY”), and “ARRIVAL CARD NO.” Nothing has changed for me and all other information is correct.

This means a whole day, at considerable expense, to get to Chaeng Wattana, and wait in the endless queue if one is not lucky enough to secure one of only 14 five-minute appointments in one’s allotted 10-day reporting window. The IO at this desk obviously did not ‘update’ my data in the online system.

Surely there must be a way to correct one’s data!?!

    Anybody know? Ubonjoe?

Thanks in advance! (Takes me awhile to get back to TV these days...)

You also ask if residence certificate is useful.

I would use the word necessary for some things such as TDL etc.

Be aware that they have limited life span so you only obtain one when it's required.

Takes 1-2 weeks to obtain at Bangkok immigration and cost 200baht.

    Posted out sms.

They expire?!? If there's an expiry date, how much scrutiny do driving licence offices give these? IOW, is there some latitude?

  5. I should know this but...

For annual retirement extension are these acceptable?

    1) Wife's ID card & tabien ban, plus my yellow tabien ban

to prove residence? (I've never done a TM.30, same house for 30 years.)

    2) Copy of EVERY passport page necessary or just photo, entry & current extension?

Sorry. I get nervous about the goalposts every year!

I could not find a complete list of required documents for retirement here on TV.

    Thank you!
