My internet was slow Tuesday and Wednesday and I had issues with buffering as well as well as some of my regular live TV links wouldn't load. Last night it was back to normal.
Just out of interest what M3U link are you usung to get Aus Plus ?

As I understand it the army has acquired a current stocks of new brooms for sweeping clean activities. Unfortunately this is expected to be an extremely long drawn out affair so current estimations are that new brooms will not be available until your next life or the one after that. The good news is that when the army is finished thailand will be so clean that new brooms will be obsolete and have gone the way of the buggy whip. In the meantime sleep easy knowing that the sacrifice you're making by stepping through your own dirt and muck every day will in the future benefit the whole of thai society.

As a person currently looking for a nanny I would say there is a demand if you also offered job placement services.
I think 30k is way too much for the Nannies I've seen to afford so you may have to tweak your business model so that the nanny pays a nominal cost and the bulk of your revenue comes from the placement of the nanny.
I wouldn't pay 30k for a nanny but I'd pay 1 months salary which would be 15-18k
In addition you could offer part time classes for employers that want to train their maids to be nannies but I dobt whether you could get 30 per person.

This is all a bit new to me... But after having set-up NextPVR on my PC to go along with Kodi, I can't seem to figure out how to import the channels list.
I can get the link you posted above. But NextPVR seems to be looking for a XXXX.m3u file And when I try to save the link you posted above as an .m3u file, it gives error messages when I try to import it into NextPVR.
What am I missing???
You don't need to save the link you just need to write it down and then type it into the m3u link box provided when you set up your iptv client when you enable live TV unde your settings menu on xbmc .

Also another m3u list of around 200 channels just converted into an addon - it's called vdubtv25
For TV shows and movies I use the 1 channel and genisis addons.

I have to agree XBMC is by far the best for what I want. It has pretty much every season of every major tv show and new episodes are available the Same day they play in the states or the uk. I also have over 7,000 live tv stations from around the world ( to Many, I'm trying to find a way to get rid of most of them) and pretty much every major movie that's been out of the theatres for 6 months or more.

So I was at Chaba outside Laguna picking up some groceries I stopped at the thai lady outside selling coconuts and ordered a coconut. While she was opening it a thai guy walked up and ordered a coconut . She said Sawadi kha to him and engaged him in conversation. I was outraged, she never said sawwadi Kha to me ! She never engaged me in convesation either. The cheek of her. It ruined my day, was I not good enough for her to say hello to? Did his coconut taste better as it came with a hello?
I will never ever buy another coconut from her.
I really hope other forum members share my outrage and don't think my sense of entitlement is bigger than my common sense.

If you do use the AIS pocket wifi then AIS have a package 1 month 799 baht for 12 gig download before it reverts to snail pace download speed. I used this when i had problems with my home internet and it worked great

Good luck trying. I had a similar problem I live in central Bangkok in a building around 12 years old and we have been pushing true for 2 years to put cable/ fibre optic in. Finally last week they started work and we should have cable within a few weeks.
From what I understand true have a limited budget to wire old buildings. They prefer to spend the money to wire new condos as then they can lock in all the residents to their service. In older condos like mine the majority of people use true adsl and truevisions already. Spending money to connect fiber optic doesn't make sense to them as the net increase in income from the building would be marginal.
My condo management negotiated with true for 2 years. At one stage they were told if we know someone big at True then we can maybe get to the front of the line. I think the only reason we finally got the system was that the building management told them we were going to speak with 3bb and negotiate a bulk deal for units to switch from true and we would write to the top management at true and let them know.
Oh and 3bb won't connet the cable if the building is more than 500 meters from an existing node.

Also these private investigators that run the site. What are their names and where are they registered as I understand this is not an occupation open to foreigners.

I'd say because the construction company debt is unsecured and rolls up to napawan while the chom Tawan debt is secured against the land the project sits on. They can abandon the people that purchased the units to the banks as they've already sold the units and taken the money, but the construction company creditor can come after napwan which is their personal assets.
The company took money from the banks and took money from the purchasers but did not pay the company that built chom Tawan nor did they repay the banks. So where did the money go? Probably into million dollar houses in the UK.

It would be nice if we had a dedicated sub forum for xbmc (Kodi) as a lot of TV members use it and it there are always new things happening with the system as well as set up issues etc that other members could help and contribute to.

@n210mp just for your info your minix x8-h comes preinstalled with xbmc. You just need to add the fusion repisitory then use the hub wizard in the repositoy to automatically add all the addons and services.

One thing I would mention with any android box it's useful to have a keyboard remote or a Logitech k400r wireless keyboard as when you search for tv shows or movies it can be a pain typing in the names with the normal remote. It's not essential to have but it does make life more easy. Cost is about 700- 1000 baht.
Also for viewing content I have best results using the 1 channel for movies and tv shows. For tv shows just add them to your favorites and you will get every season including the current season and any new episodes are added hours after they play in the states or the uk.

I tried to ignore this post but I couldn't. Has anyone actually thought this through how stupid the car elevator to your living room concept is.
First of all these condos are being offered at 150-175,000 per square meter. So as a car park is about 20 Sqm you are paying 3-3.5MLN baht for something that is usually free when u buy a condo. A parking spot.
Second and more importantly this condo is 40 odd stories high. There is one car elevator. Good Luck trying to get out of your condo between 7.30 - 9am and getting back into your condo between 6- 7.30. In peak hours there will be hour long ++ waits for your turn to use the elevator.
In theory it may sound cool but in reality you are paying a huge amount of money to enjoy a massive inconvenience..

No you get live BBC CNN Etc. On my xbmc setup I get live CNN, BBC, Sky ( including sky sports and F1) I also get ABC, NBC, Fox, a Los angles station I for get which one, AMC, HBO, CW, etc etc
If you use the MX repisitory on xbmc then u can get all the bbc stations, all the thai stations and there is bunch if news stations. After you install fusion you just add the Mx addon.
If you want a more customized set up like mine it takes around 15 mins to set up and requirers you to enable a couple of addons and key in a couple of Internet addresses. This gives me around 300 live tv stations. There are other setups that can give you over 1400 stations but I find the 300 I have are more that enough for me.

Pardon my ignorance but what is an Android streaming box and do we need a subscription like I have with Truevision to be able to watch TV or we only need an internet access?
Welcome to the workd of free tv, movies and radio. 8 months ago I asked a similar question and since then I have bought a preprogrammed android box, then I bought a minix x8-8 and programmed it my self and finally I build and Intel windows based home theatre PC.
An android box like the minix x8-8 costs between 4-5,000 baht. It comes already loaded with a program called xbmc ( now Kodi). You connect the box to the Internet and plug the box into to your tv with a hdmi cable and you now have over 2 million hours of tv and movies at your finger tips with new tv shows being added every day. You also have live sports but you need to do a little set up first.
Pretty much you have every season and every episode of your favorite tv shows. New episodes of current tv shows are added hours after they run in the states or uk. You have them before Truevisions have them. Movies currently in the box office take a little longer to appear but any movie older then 6 months is there on demand.
Xbmc can be a little fiddlly and when you first get your box you will need to download what they call a repository from a site called tvaddons.ag. The download is called fusion and it includes a setup wizard for your xbmc. They have u tube videos and instructions to walk you through every step of the process. In addition they have a forum which you can read.
Finally you can ask questions here as a lot of tv members use xbmc and there is even a thai visa member that has developed live tv addons for xbmc that you are included when you download the fusion repisitory.

@gerry you mentioned that your original TE visa was a SE visa and now you have the PE visa.
I am on my second SE visa and with the SE visa you still have to renew your permission to stay every 3 months. How do I change my TE visa from SE to PE so I can get the 1 year entry.
A while back they asked all the lifetime members to switch to the 20 year membership with a 20,000 annual fee. I didn't do the switch so is the only way to change my SE visa to a PE visa is convert my lifetime membership to the 20 year member with annual fee?
Another question is that does the 1 year PE visa allow you to get a 5 year drivers license as they will only give you a 1 year DL on the SE visa and won't allow you to upgrade that to a 5 year license when that expires.
I feel it's a little bit of an injustice that guys who pay for a 5 year Membership get a 12 month entry while people like me who shelled out for the lifetime membership only get 3 months.
