Thai wear helmets? You see them riding bikes without insurance with 2-6 people on one bike most of them children and nobody does something about that! Even children just over 10 years are riding bikes and they have licenses? But your are right as a foreigner you need to be carefull as the law in Thailand is hard on them. Maybe because that is were the money is?

The avarage income in Thailand is 10.000 baht a month. So 3,5 months without work? If this was a Thai/Thai accident my best guess is that it would have been settled at max 10.000 baht in total. But it's a "thai/farang" accident. They act and think as if they hit the jackpot in the casino? But the main thinhg here is that the farang who hired a car was mislead by the insurance he thought he had. And where is the Thai law to protect him? I am greatfull to the one publishing this that he is warning people against another scam which can take place. Thank you!

I wonder what the costs would have been had this accident happened between two Thai. "to pay the bikers loss of income as he could not work as he had broken limbs 35,000 baht."..... suddenly he earned more in a month than all the years before... Another let's rip off the "farang". It's a unlimited ATM. It does bring however more harm to the Thailand image abroad.

He must have got very sick inside as he is remarkably recovering rapidly outside the hospital. It is however worth to be mentioned in the Guinness Book of records as: "The man sentenced to do 8 years in prison without spending one day inside, stayed his jailtime in "luxury" in a hospital, got a pardon of 7 years and after 2/3rd of his time in jail or better in a hospital bed with TV and 1st class service he was set free" What other sentenced criminal in Thailand has accomplished this? It is a great achievement not? Let's blame the hospital! Money Talks Bull<deleted> Walks does not apply here as he has the money and he walked free.

I believe that although Thai Airways has every right to do so, it is never a wise step to take and seek publicity about passengers that post incorrect negative reviews. It will always backfire.

Is this caused by the PM values? We just had a Temperature drop from +11 to -8 in 1 day a week ago and yesterday from -8 to +11 in 12 hours. Is this really news?

The quality tourists Thailand is looking for? What a stupid man in front of a camera! Apparently he should buy some glasses as he missed that completey. Just buy your items and if you can not afford it don't steal. I hope they catch him and give him some free housing at a famous Thai jail.
