  1. https://fiber.3bb.co.th/superhighspeed/ 1399 baht + %7 VAT
  2. Wonderful, I guess I'll ask them to upgrade me next month then. Thank you!
  3. Can you go to https://www.whatismyisp.com/ mine is Your ISP isJasTel Network International Gatewayalso known as 'Triple T Broadband Public Company Limited'.
  4. Did you get it? I'm also interested in it and currently using 1000/1000 but I don't want to end up in AIS network while paying for 3BB. I wish they made things clearer. Is there anybody using 3BB 2000/1000 package and tell me if IP belongs to 3BB or AIS?
  5. Is BYD Dolphin Extended range worth the 160k difference if we are only driving it in the city and no long distance travel (e.g no range anxiety) ? 95PS engine is a bit concern and all the test drive cars are extended range (204 ps).
  6. How much 34Kwh battery pack lasted on highway speeds? I assume you drove 110-120 kmh where applicable.
  7. This is incorrect. 3BB has it's own International Gateway and 3BB torrenting and downloading speed is pretty good. I'm getting 400-500 Mbit/s easily on a single torrent.
  8. if you pay less because you think you can get same service, you're wrong. lower tier packages could have higher contention ratio (bandwidth shared with more users).
  9. ppoe username/password is written on the 3BB contract (A4 paper). I always get it when they install to my new location ????
  10. 3BB in Koh Samui was using ONT while in Phuket they don't use it. I'm using their black router (AC 1200) in Bridge mode, that I set up myself for a long long time. No problems at all.
  11. 7184 baht. It seems they discounted it again 720 is around 7000 baht at shopee
  12. I got HP Smart Tank 750, I highly recommend it. Photo print on A4 paper (for Thai visa stuff) is impressive. It Can print double sided and has a document feeder for copying/scanning. You can consider lower models too, I got mine from shopee with extra discounts/golds a few months ago.
  13. change ethernet cable. 100 mbps means your pc connects to your router at 100 Mbps fast lan, not gigabit speeds.
  14. I get 500-600 mbps towards singapore on my fiber. You won't get more than 150 mbps towards EU or US on a single connection due to MTU and latency.
  15. When VPN helps, it does primarily because Singapore bandwidth is plenty and throttled less compared to EU or US bandwidth. I don't feel the need to use VPN with 3BB, it would suck if I had to use VPN on a daily basis with any internet provider. A sample speed test result, single threaded, from Amsterdam (3BB 1000/1000) root@Synology:~# wget -4 -O /dev/null http://speedtest.novoserve.com/files/10GB.bin --2022-08-22 07:54:49-- http://speedtest.novoserve.com/files/10GB.bin Resolving speedtest.novoserve.com... 185.80.233.178 Connecting to speedtest.novoserve.com|185.80.233.178|:80... connected. And yes, I usually get better speed on IPv6 over IPv4.
  16. I use 3BB 1000/1000 and always used top tier package (before 1gbps packages arrived) and there is a speed difference even in local tests. When I moved 3BB to my new home, they assigned 1000/100 or 1000/300 speed by mistake and it was taking forever to reach 850 mbps in local speedtest servers. When I asked them why my upload is lower, they realized the mistake, made a call, and immediately my speed was unlocked. In short: 1000/1000 can reach domestic speedtest.net peak speeds in a few seconds, while cheaper package takes much longer (and albeit a lower speed even domestically). I didn't test international speed but it could be the same, I'm not sure. I guess I'll stick to 3BB just to be safe then.
  17. I'm a happy 1000/1000 3BB user, but AIS 2000/500 package sounds interesting for me. Besides, AIS bought 3BB and I don't know what will happen next. I assume AIS uses different paths for different AIS fiber products, so cheaper packages gets more congested routes while top packages are routed differently. I was wondering if AIS power users (those who download a lot) happy with their AIS fibre? Another question is, is it possible to get static or public ipv4 with every package (I can't find info on that anymore) For comparison, I'm able to download at least 80 - 160 Mbps from France using a single connection with 3BB, which is pretty good. Speeds on HTTP is slower but HTTPS works fast for me almost everywhere. For singapore, it is minimum 120 - 160 mbps for most servers (single connection) and up to 650 Mbps over ipv6 towards misaka.io / CDN77 network, which is awesome. Thanks in Advance.
  18. This ain't yaris. It probably N***n brand. Model name is probably A*****a
  19. You're in Asia, so chill out mate. Lower your expectations or risk developing OCD yourself!
  20. A singapore vpn may not help. China direct bandwidth is expensive. You may need a vpn with China direct bandwidth, and they are not cheap.
  21. Maybe don't seed any torrents on a mobile network where spectrum is limited?
  22. Don't do it. They can slap you with 30% customs + 7% vat + carrier customs clearance fees. Just have someone bring it in their luggages as personal items.
