  2. wow, this will be interesting......baby pilots flying high on ganja that this forum advertises
  3. why would ASIA NOW even concider something so irresponsible to be allowing the advertising of drugs......this is the most irresponsible thing i have ever seen on this forum
  4. how can the search and filter be corrected so i can see posts from 2022. every page i open is 2021 and there are no visible search items to show the latest topics first.....EG. i was looking for a car in the clasified section and every advertisment was over 1 year ago....or is it that there is no new news and classsifieds, its all carryover from 2021???
  5. come to thasala, m13. there you will see this place is noiser than phuket, patteya and kohsamui pre covid. doof dof doof doof from 6am till 3am every night
  6. NOISE, the constant deep base doof doof doof. i live in thasala, nakhon si tammarat and every night it is deep base that rattles the windows shut if not already shut. i currently hate the post covid thasala m13 village and after this trip....will NEVER RETURN
  7. the same is said for both phuket and koh samui....100% of foreigners i have seen since december 2021 refuse to use masks, yet it is the thais that always have masks on......
  8. correct, and even if he extended his visa that would have been 6 months ago, still at the time when restrictions were tight. i was lucky on my extention, as i bought 12 months axa insurance, and bikes are not included
  9. been here for 9 months at the height of all the travel restrictions where they were the most tightest, then to extend his visa past 90 days he would have had to prove insurance for the additional time, just done the extention and yes they asked to see coverage. no, most insurance does not automatically cover motorcycle use, you in most cases have to do additional coverage
  10. hard to tell cos i dont listen to techno music but the continual deep base rattles the windows and when the kids that moved into the village during covid, and their super loud car systems that are loud enough to even get the bar owners upset. the noise down here is out of controle sometimes. sounds similat to the bass tones used for tuning big car systems or cinemas
  11. i live in the little southern community of thasala and it is perfect, no polution, good fresh sea air all the time, not much traffic and no tourists. but i hate living here now......the duff duff duff duff <deleted> music in this area has made me hate thailand, and the stress of this <deleted> misic playing 24/7 makes it worth never returning. so no, thailand is not a healthy place to live, kings cross in sydney was quiter than this
  12. of corse there would have been a little scripting...the kid would not have known what to say. just a bit of extra to get the clip out into the public and get attention. just the same as all the redcross and unicef advertising. it got people talking and thinking didnt it!!!! now do your part in your village....
  13. its difficult not to know, many places have it plastered every place, and it is a fair routine, if you dont like the food then dont keep ordering it
  14. yeah, unfortunatly it is better to do the right thing, hopefully his return will be uneventfull
  15. well that is a problem, either wayhe is open to being overstay and recording, although adhoc sometimes, I have found to be accurate and a new passport will not fix this problem. as such, admiting guilt, paying the price is better than being caught at the gate.......up to you, but the system works best when it is used to your favour
  16. for an error as simple as this, had you thought to just ask the immigration office for correction, wai and say sorry, i forgot. the truth often lands favour.
