A university lecturer in Isaan gets 15,000 per month for working the full month, your wife gets it without such work. More sounds crazy, unless you/she have high living expenses, e.g. Bangkok rent.

For me it was 1 million which I understood a significant portion would be returned. In the end, about half of it went to the cost of a big wedding, 20% for the parents and maybe 20-30% back to me. Well, not too bad.
Similar circumstances to you: masters educated girl (planning to study a PHD), middle class parents.

I guess I'm a 6, since logically, the majority of believers must be wrong, since they all believe in different things, and they can't all be true. So logically, they are all stories, all equally made up. But I could be wrong, and one of them could possibly be true, since possibility itself is infinite. So I must be a 6; to be a 7 seems more like ignorance/arrogance.

Here's my experience of non-corruption. I'm waiting a month for my visa application to be processed. Nobody her asked for a bribe to speed up my paper-work, it's just business as usual. I have not been asked for a bribe in my 2 years here, on the road or otherwise. Not yet...

Gai Manow - Lemon Chicken with Fried Seaweed
I shouldn't eat it too often though considering the amount of sugar in it.

Google 'craigslist bangkok', that one is pretty good.

I saw a company sending 200kg of steel products 500km for 1000 baht. They say its sharing space on a 10 wheel truck.
Does anybody know how to deliver products domestically like this for cheap?

My experience is...not even hearing anybody talk about it or of anybody using it in 2 years here (in an Isaan city). I mainly know lecturers and university students. The only mention I've seen is a drug dealer in this province getting into a gun fight with the police. I do see the loan sharks/collectors driving around every day or two though.

I just found 0.4 bitcoins on a pool website I used 2 years ago. I think it was $3 at the time so I wrote it off. Today it is $140 or so (bad luck I only had $3 at the time). I transferred them to a wallet on my computer (in Thailand). Are the Thai police after me now?

I don't like the change, but it probably saves Google >50% of their video bandwidth costs.

I think you're too quick to conclusively blame food additives. There are many other negative trends in the past 20 years. E.g. exercise time versus sitting/computer/tablet/TV. Exercise is good for raising your testosterone, particularly intense exercise. A down-trend in exercise would correlate well with a down-trend in testosterone.

you don't necessarily have to count calories, but understanding how calorie dense each food is is useful.
Since you've already been losing weight at a slow rate, all you have to do is cut your food/drink intake a little more (5-10%) or increase your exercise a little (10-50%) and you'll start losing weight at a moderate speed instead.
That's a nice theory but in real life the body commonly ADJUSTS to these new conditions because it's fighting starvation, which is what we are programmed to do. Meaning many people attempting to lose weight either hit a wall or ... worse. Your mileage may vary. So you see for many people too much deprivation is basically a setup for a massive backfire. That's why most sensible obesity specialists strongly favor MODERATE approaches geared at hopes of LONG TERM changes. As usual, "will power" is overrated, the body usually has different ideas on what it needs.
If it was easy and simple for obese people to become normal weight people, the majority would have DONE it already. Instead, only a small minority have achieved long term success. This isn't a mystery. The stats are known.
An obese person cutting their calories by 5-10% is far from starvation. It's returning to moderation.
It's true that your body will slowly adapt, since an obese person burns more calories per day that a skinny person. At 100kg he may be able to eat 2400 calories per day and still lose weight, but when he gets down to 90kg, he may have to reduce it to 2200 calories to continue losing weight. See here to calculate the values for yourself http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/
The reason obese people are obese is that they eat and drink more than their body needs. I'd say that it IS about will power, but also knowledge. If you do a strict diet, lose weight, finish the diet and put the weight on again it means you didn't plan correctly. The website above will give you the knowledge you need to do it successfully, so all you need is the will power.
If you want an even simpler solution, use www.MyFitnessPal.com. You enter your body/age/exercise details, it returns a pretty accurate figure of how many calories you need per day to lose weight. They you enter your food into the website each day to see if you're hitting the goal successfully. Although that website has a great database of western food, it doesn't have much Thai food. I've seen this website work well for people, multiple times, since it makes the weight loss process clear for people who don't understand it. Understanding the process helps 'will power' a lot.
After you're used that website for a while, hopefully you can continue on the same path without having to enter the calories each day.

They want to be more concerned about the thousands of poor stray dogs dying on the streets. Starved to death or dying from some painful disease. The local government should either give them treatment or "put them to sleep" and put them out of their agony.
In Chiang Mai I have seen dogs covered in paint.Obviously the work of local hooligans, and,I hate to say this, but four times I have seen stray dogs glued together with super glue. Again the work of sub-human yobbos. I apologise if this post might upset some people but it is the truth.
I never saw dogs stuck together with glue. But I often see stray dogs stuck together after having sex, then trying to bite each other. Were you possibly confusing glue with this?

If she doesn't understand interest, then she should have a debit card and she'll understand it perfectly.
However, it seems you don't understand either. Since after 7 years, your debt has hardly decreased. Maybe it's time for a budget...

That's a purely a matter of opinion.
Just as it's a matter of opinion whether a dead dog is an inanimate object...

Can somebody tell me what a balaclava is?
Black knitted or cotton hat that goes over the face too with eye holes and maybe a mouth hole.

2 problems for extending my non-O marriage. Kasikorn wouldn't give me the letter I need, since it was not my home province. Then immigration said that since I have no child, I need 2 friends to come with me.

I suspect the account was not deactivated, but privacy setting stop you (a blocked person) from seeing it or searching for it.
If you want to check my theory, just create a second account and search for her account name and the account should still show up in the search results. Not that it matters much whether the account still exists.

I am trying to figure out how much sales can 1 printer bring in a maxed out capacity month...I did not ask 'can i expect a million in sales? ...........
From what i know. A printer print out banners at 20-40 per metre square in an hour. I dunt see there any way that it can hit a million baht in sales per month. Hence my question. Would need at least 2-3 printers to hit that target.
Alittle about me. Yes i do not have experiences in this industry or the know hows...The only thing that i have is the huge contacts in various sectors over the nation that WILL send me business every month. I have talked to all of them. And they have all confirmed.
Still i need to know more about this trade on whatever i can. As there is no written book on the market for sale. Although i have friends in this trade and i could learn a thing or two from them. They are not going to share with me all their secrets are't they ?
Peace
Here's an idea: buy a 50% share in whichever of your friends' printing business is most worthy, then connect your contacts to you and your friend's business. That should save you from starting up a business you don't know how to run.
