There are very few countries in the world where the rule of law and value of human life has little to no meaning. It looks like a foreigner not doing their 90 day report on time would have more serious consequences in Thailand than a wealthy Thai, killing a police officer with their vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance.

5. Circumcision on the eighth day is ideal (Genesis 17:12; Leviticus 12:3; Luke 1:59). Medical science has discovered that the blood clotting chemical prothrombin peaks in a newborn on the eighth day. This is therefore the safest day to circumcise a baby. How did Moses know?!
6.There are mountains on the bottom of the ocean floor (Jonah 2:5-6). Only in the last century have we discovered that there are towering mountains and deep trenches in the depths of the sea.
7. Blood is the source of life and health (Leviticus 17:11; 14). Up until 120 years ago, sick people were “bled” and many died as a result (e.g. George Washington). Today we know that healthy blood is necessary to bring life-giving nutrients to every cell in the body. God declared that “the life of the flesh is in the blood” long before science understood its function.
8. Our bodies are made from the dust of the ground (Genesis 2:7; 3:19). Scientists have discovered that the human body is comprised of some 28 base and trace elements – all of which are found in the earth.
9. The earth is a sphere (Isaiah 40:22). At a time when many thought the earth was flat, the Bible told us that the earth is spherical. Isaiah was written between 740 and 680 B.C. and at least 300 years before Aristotle's book On the Heavens. Secular man discovered this 2,400 years later. At a time when science believed that the earth was flat, is was the Scriptures that inspired Christopher Columbus to sail around world
10. The Pleiades and Orion star clusters described (Job 38:31). The Pleiades star cluster is gravitationally bound, while the Orion star cluster is loose and disintegrating because the gravity of the cluster is not enough to bind the group together. 4,000 years ago God asked Job, "Can you bind the cluster of the Pleiades, or loose the belt of Orion?" Yet, it is only recently that we realized that the Pleiades is gravitationally bound, but Orion's stars are flying apart.

Marriage is between consenting adults, not animals. Homosexual sex between consenting adults is no more or less immoral than heterosexual sex. Women are just as intelligent as men and have all the same rights as men. People of all races are equal and no one should be subjugated.History has shown us that people will frequently try to put down anyone different from them or anything that does not directly benefit them.
The government had to intervene to give women the right to vote, free black slaves, and allow interracial marriages.Probably the same will happen with gay marriages.
It looks like 80% of people feel that gay marriage, or at least civil partnership is a good idea. People are becoming more enlightened

Instead of displaying your lack of knowledge on subject matter you know absolutely nothing about, maybe your time would be better spent tip toeing through the tulips with your same sex partner or better yet actually reading the Bible to see what God thinks about this.
This topic is about gay marriage and if it is good for Thailand or not. Any country who adopts same sex marriage is going against what marriage stands for and would never benefit anyone except the people who participate in this perverse behavior.
I cannot imagine any male on the receiving end of being sexually violated in their anal cavity feeling love for the person who just did this to him.

The first few humans recorded in the Bible, in particular the Old Testament, lived an exceedingly long number of years. Adam lived to the age of 930 years, his son Seth lived 912, his son Lamech lived 777 years, Lamech’s son Noah lived to 950 years, his son Shem lived 600 years. There is a pattern that shows up. Progressively, each generation lived shorter and shorter lives.
Adam was the first human created and must have been nearly perfect. They were more perfect in health, size, and stature. Perhaps the first generations of humans lived such long lives because they were so close to the man that God created and what God creates was perfect from the beginning. That is until sin entered the human race.
Sin is destructive and the continuing sin through the generations had a cumulative effect. By the time Abraham was born, the life spans had shrunk considerably.
Gay marriage is sinful. One would think using common sense would enable people to figure this out.

Incest was not considered a sin and was not prohibited for Adam and early man. If the race was to populate and fulfill the command of Gen. 1:28, there is little doubt that Adam’s sons and daughters had to have married their own sisters and brothers if the race was to populate the earth, but due to the purity of the race as evidenced also by the long length of life, there were no adverse effects as we see happening today. Gradually, as the effects of sin took its toll on the human race, marrying one’s own sister, etc., began to create hereditary problems.

God created man and woman in His own image and gave them the command to have children: “And God blessed them. Having children is part of God’s good creation. It was His intention from the beginning that the earth be filled with living beings. Both animals (Genesis 1:21-22) and people. Psalm 127 says: “Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD, the fruit of the womb a reward” (Psalm 127:3).

There are so many diseases related to homosexuality. Mental health problems come to mind, along with AIDS, Hodgkins disease, and anal cancer. There are no health benefits related to this perverse behavior. You are fooling yourself if you believe otherwise.
The only real benefit I can think of, is male homosexuals in crowed rooms are able to pass gas silently and cast the blame on others. It goes downhill after that.

Thailand already is know for having a disportionate number of gender confused people. This is probably due to much of the populations disbelief in God and their belief in idol worship.
Thailand is like a magnet for people into same sex marriage, so it comes as no surprise to read so many hateful and idiotic comments about "gay marriage." The truth is, there is nothing gay or happy about the individuals who participate in homosexual behavior.
We all have a conscience and know the difference between right and wrong. Homosexual behavior on any level is just wrong and is not a healthy life style.

God created man and then made woman to complement him. In the Bible marriage is God’s “fix” for the fact “it is not good for the man to be alone” (Genesis 2:18).
Everyone inherently knows that homosexuality is immoral and unnatural, and the only way to suppress this inherent knowledge is by normalizing homosexuality and attacking any and all opposition to it.
The best way to normalize homosexuality is by placing gay marriage/same-sex marriage on an equal plane with traditional opposite-gender marriage. Romans 1:18-32 illustrates this.

When we die, we will all kneel before Jesus Christ and be held accountable for what we did and didn't do during our lifetime on earth. For those who believe in God and believe Jesus died on the cross for our sins, we need to pray to Jesus for forgiveness and repent from our sins. It is just that simple to be saved.
There are several Bible passages that say what will happen to those who reject God and deny Jesus died on the cross for our sins. None of these Bible passages have good news for those who mock and deny God and Jesus Christ.
Instead of taking out of context select Bible passages without trying to understand their meaning, maybe you should actually read and study the Bible. The Bible condemns homosexual sex as an immoral and unnatural sin, Leviticus 18:22, Romans 1:26-27. First Corinthians 6:9 states homosexuals are unrighteous and will not inherit the Kingdom of God.
Since this topic is about "Gay Marriage," rather than taking a survey it would probably be in the best interest of those who participate in this sort of behavior to know what God says about this topic in the Bible. God gave us free choice to live out our life as we see fit. He is not going to force anyone to spend eternity in Heaven if you don't want to. However, the alternative doesn't sound good to me. We all have only two choices, so I think it is best to choose wisely.

I guess I went over your head with the basic biology lesson. Your message is a very good example of common sense not really being that common. You should feel right at home with many of the posters on this site.
Common sense should be enough for most people to know being married to a same sex individual is wrong on so many levels. A normal person shouldn't have to rely on a survey to know this. It comes as no surprise you don't believe the word of God.

Evolution you say, lol. Everything that makes up your body requires genetic information. The same is true for all animal, sea life, plants, and so on. You seem to have missed the part in biology where life comes from life. Life doesn't, cannot, and never will come from non-life.
The Bible provides an eyewitness account of how the universe along with all life came from. About one-third of the Bible is prophesy, much of which have already come to pass. The dead sea scrolls discovery proved the accuracy of the Bible.
Getting back to gay marriage, it really isn't a good idea to participate in this sort of behavior, if for no other reason God clearly expressed His displeasure in this sort of activity.
