These two seem very sure of themselves and the 30 year lease on the land,
The wife actually made a video about this a little while ago - they both seem rather green about what can and cant be done in regard to this property . Some of the comments in the vid are comedy and there responses are truly outstanding .

I hear there is a long wait was the diagnosed correct and the procedure satisfactory. Last how much?
From the time of the initial consultation to the day of the surgery was 5 weeks - cost was approx 30000 baht for multi focal lens which corrected both the vision and the presbyopia. This is the Dr who performed the surgery -

So its safe to assume your living in a tourist ghetto ? in the suburbs in most cities in thailand you would be hard pressed to smell anything other than rubbish ,fish sauce or diesel fumes

There are certain potential side effects of COVID vaccines that have been well documented by researchers / health authorities around the world, although all the available evidence thus far says those are VERY rare and the risks of those are far, far exceeded by the risks from COVID.
Since the vaccines became available in late 2020, more than 12 BILLION doses have been administered around the world. If something more problematic were occurring with them, you wouldn't necessarily expect the notion of that to surface out of the blue three-plus years later from two doctors in Thailand.
If something is going on, have the Thai doctors involved written up their findings for medical journal review and publication (no mention of that in the BP article)? And what's the evidence, if any, for their claim that some unstated / unknown parties here in Thailand are allegedly suppressing some kind of problematic findings?
If they did report on such an issue they would maybe be charged under the less majeste law or struck off the medical registrar for such a deed .

Even chula and rangsit unis have come out today and said that the so called vaccines cause deaths and serious illnesses , along with them saying the government has concealed the excess deaths of the population . Check out BP online as its the headline article at the moment .

He has never been in trouble before for anything but I told him I don't think its so simple. Who is right, me or him?

You are the only one here that is confused about his name
Surachate was born in 1970 in Songkhla. His father, also a policeman, based his son’s nickname on his favorite playing card: the joker. Surachate quickly rose through the ranks to command a local police station and later move to Bangkok to head the 191 task force.i should have mentioned i meant the pronunciation

Marketplace can be a rather frustrating place , i was selling one of my condos in bkk 2 bed 1 bathroom for 1750000 baht ,had 1100 clicks and maybe 200 messages 100% asked for discounts without even wanting to view it , i took the ad down and relisted 3 months later for 2250000 thinking it would eliminate the tyre kickers , it did somewhat . i showed it to a grand total of 3 ppl ,the 3rd of which asked for a discount which i said yes to ,reduced it by 50000 baht and sold for 2200000 . I couldnt believe it to be honest . Lesson learnt increase the price and someone might just take the bait .
