  1. Yup.... Because Thailand has so many 'laws' but NOT of importance as in this case.............
  2. THAILAND takes better care of and PROTECTS rabid dogs more than it does take care of it's children and tourists.........
  3. I'd just like to ask how this 'Military spending' compare with funds alotted for 'Public education' of the 'poor children' of Thailand..... OR.... the Public Schools...... I DON'T THINK THEY WANT TO DISCUSS THAT...... LOL .....
  4. At least your reply was toward the 'Positive' side...... and I can appreciate it......
  5. It was a fact of his story, as I see it........ and doesn't change what happened.......... my feeling is that it DOES happen everywhere, and often (I'm not saying 'always') it involves 'lowly educated' people by majority....... As per the OP....... Thailand and Burma (Myanmar), among many countries, are well known for it's massive numbers of 'lowly educated'...... Thailand's Issan is a 'Prime' example....... Thailands current rulers seem to place more value on submarines and tanks than on improving their education system....... How often do you see in the news where High School and College educated people do similar to this OP ---- I am talking percentage wise, not a remote and occasional occurance (please try to understand that)....
  6. I hope he 'WON'T enjoy it......... the 'reciprocal treatments'..... I mean to say......
