I will be in Bangkok during Songkran. Will I be able to walk around the Sukhumvit area without getting wet? Does this start in the morning, and go on through the evening? I travel to Thailand almost every year. I am interested in seeing Songkran, but I really don't want to be dosed with water every time I go to a restaurant etc.

While I was applying for Thai Pass I was receiving popup messages that my information was incorrect & that I was to click on the link to correct the information. They said if I did not click on the link I could "be in trouble with the government..."
