Round 1 and I have 9 tips. Picked the card already. Sorry I forgot about round ZERO. It was good to dream for a minute.
On other news a couple of close games came from nowhere. I hope the close games continue

Great win for the Swans in hostile territory. Great to see Collingwood go down.

Somebody should educate these people about the dangers of excessive sun exposure and skin cancer.
They certainly should. I have personal experience. My forehead now has a crater on it. I was lucky. When I see people sunbaking I should go and show them my face.

What's with this opening round? 8 teams line up this week and then front up again next week. I would've thought they would have next week off. After round 1 they have played 2 games and everyone else only 1. A head start.
Over the following rounds those that played this weekend will have a bye. From round 2 on 2 teams will have a bye. They all catch up by round 7. I think it is a stupid idea. "Round 1"is officially next week.

It hasn't been 'officially free' for years, more than 10 at least. As stated, most charge about 500.
It was free in 2016 in Chiang Rai. That was only 8 years ago.

In 2012 our new car was driven without number plates for 6 months. Went through police checks up north. Never was stopped.

I am not American but if Trump is elected to president again I pity our world. He is nothing but a megalomaniac. Biden is to old so please US voters show some sense.

I believe Kratom to be legal other than to sell to under 18's, and pregnant or breast feeding women. .
From the linked article.
Police are warning local groceries in Phuket and Thailand that Kratom juice is listed as a controlled herbal product and any such controlled herbal product cannot be produced or sold without permission by the Thai Food and Drug Administration.
Kratom Juice is also not allowed to be added as an ingredient or mixed into other food or juice for selling. So even pure Kratom Juice in a bottle cannot be sold, especially on public streets.

It will happen just after the 10000 baht wallet is delivered. In other words NEVER.

Go and visit your local office and ask them. When my ex wife and I separated the car I drive was in her name. She transferred it to my 9 year old son. This was allowed. You will get a lot of advice but it will be up to your local office to make the final decision. Good luck

Approx 15 rai. One off the bucket list I hope.
If it is land it will not be in your name unless you are Thai. If it will be in your wife's name you will have to sign a document saying that no money has come from you

The AFL has announced a few rule changes.
Is anyone interested in AFL Fantasy this year? If so let me know and I will start a comp for us.

I put all change in a plastic bag. Every couple of weeks I count the coins and bag into 100 baht amounts. I then deposit them into my sons bank account when I have less than 2000 baht. My local bank charge a commission if the amount exceeds 1999 baht. He has a handy balance now.

Do not forget to change your passport number at your local bank and DLT if your passport number is on your licence. This will save a few hassles in the future.

In Bangkok (and on MFA web site is says everywhere) they require both parents to attend if the 'child' is under the age of 20, unless a parent that doesn't attend provides a letter of authority allowing their kid to have a passport, which letter has to be issued by the district office where the parent's ID card is issued - can't just be any old letter ...
Which can lead to the ridiculous situation whereby a 19-year old, living independently overseas, can fly solo into Thailand on a soon-to-expire Thai passport but then needs parental authority to get a new passport to fly out ... (I speak from recent experience)
They take the photos at the passport office using a professional grade digital camera. It all looks very efficient (in and out in 15 mins if you book an appointment) until you start to consider how much money was wasted to buy 1,000 or whatever cameras, 1,000 fingerprint scanners, 1,000 printers, 1,000 computers, 1,000 tables and chairs and then to pay wages of 1,000 passport processing staff.
Thankyou for your post.

Listen to the Mrs if you value your property & life!
I don’t expect to die of natural causes as originally planned here.
Currently have a feud with the Dog

beeping the horn at careless motorists/ motorbike drivers.
Listen to your Mrs.
imop
You always beep at carless motorists/motorbike riders to prevent an accident. That way it is legal.

Do both parents need to attend? Do they take the photos there?
