Yes indeed weekly and meant to say 5,000IU. Am curious to know your medical qualifications and where you practised. I was a Consultant Paediatrician for 20 years at the West Yorkshire NHS Trust.

Kidney do not produce elelectrolytes they simpley resorb a lot of them.
