She was saved when keepers at the Tiger Temple sanctuary in West Thailand...
why the post doesn't name the place????
to prevent tourists from not going there?
if it is in Thailand it must be tiger temple in kanchanaburi province. Around 40 km north of the town.
been there many times. Fiorst time around 10 years ago. Since then it has changed, but for the worse

The same thing has happened to me many times, I have lived in a small town for past 6 years.
many times when seen farangs living or passing by my town (Banpong , Ratchaburi) i tried to nod, smile or just say hi.
In 98% situation i met with coldness.
No reaction at all from their side was the kindest of replies.
usually i got a stinky look or been treated as an air.
Since then i stopped being nice...
My answer to this "problem" is that when farangs come to Thailand they do not want to associate with other farangs. they can do it at home. here they want to explore thailand and Thai people. And we expats are kind of on their way.
later on when some of them decide to stay for longer they might change their view.
to be honest when i first arrived in thailand i also wanted to stay as far as possible from other farangs

It is even worse because they should show the "path"

Tourist visa is th ebest. Can get double entry visa. 60 days = 30 days extension, and then leave thailand for a day and come back with same visa and get another 60 days and then extend it for another 30 days tha will be 6 months visa. then go to different embassy in different country.
or student visa. many "schools" provide Thai language courses which you could take on your own pace... or if you pay enough you don;lt even have to study, but get the students visa

My Non-B visa expired last friday (on 21st of june). I've been in thailand on non-b visa since 2008 and this is the first time i'm overstaying it. My work permit is valid till 30th of june.
My question is: Can i just go the border, pay the fine for overstaying my visa and leave Thailand? I want to go to Laos and apply for tourist visa?
Is it that simple? or ar ethere any things i should be aware of, or have any additional documents?

So whats the problem????
you said;
I support my government's efforts against the Iranian government. I am NOT apolitical about this at all.
and then that you do nto wanna lie about being a canadian or so.
so if you have such strong convictions you should either admit you a american or get off. thats the way i see it.
you decided to stay on th ebus and play "dumb".
so technically you are a coward

I hate when Thais ask me: do you love Thailand??? and when i answer "No" the always seem confused
