Again traveling a lot. There is no better airport service.
The visa process for me just took 15 minutes. Of course it is not cheap but a good value for the money. I love it.
My one expire soon and I am thinking about the 20 years extension option. The TE visa has only one disadvantage: Renewing the drivers licence, you are getting only 2 years.

OMG, so many replies and I just read it now. Sorry for that. And a special thanks to Peter Denis, he sent me per PM a manual in English.
I registered the condo at https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn24online/ with all required documents. A few hours later I got the login details.
I have no hotel, I have some condos in Pattaya and my own house in Bang Saray where I am living.
My English is not the best at all. I am very confused from the prev. replies.
For example, in April my son was here. He had a six months tourist visa (multiple entrance). He was living with me in my house. After 60 days we went to Pattaya Immigration for getting one month more. The lady in the office said, he is not registered somewhere, she can´t do it. I did not registered my son when he came to the Kingdom. It was my ignorance - of course I want to be 100% legal.
What did I wrong? Should I register my house at https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn24online/ and add him into the form? I rather do it online than going to the immigration and register him.
By my own I have a Thai Elite visa, I never registered myself somewhere. I just have an old address in my Thai driving licence. I am using the address e.g. when I need a residents certificate. I am traveling a lot, I have to do the 90 days report once or twice a year. I never had a problem with the 90 days report. I am do it in Pattaya.
Now my friend came and he is living in my condo. He has a 1 year tourist visa. He got an entry stamp where he can stay for 3 months in the kingdom.

a friend of mine like to rent my condo for 6 weeks. I have to register him at the immigration.
I know there is an online application where I can register the Condo with the house book, etc.
Please could someone provide the link for the online application? I did a google search but couldn´t find it.

Maybe only the bank employee and the agent are involved. I never made a retirement visa, do you need a printed document from the bank which is stating the money is 3 months in the bank account or a bank statement from the past three months? Maybe the TI is not involved and the bank employee print what the agent need. Just a guess.

A friend of mine used an agent for 2 years ago. The story was, he went to an agent and paid 2x000. After the payment, she called a motorbike taxi for him, the agent adviced the motorbike driver to which bank he has to go. The lady in the bank was introduced and waiting for him. She open a bank account for him (he had a tourist visa!).
When he was telling me the story, I did not belive it. He was showing me the SMS in his mobile phone. 10 am 800k deposit in his bank account and 20 minutes later 800k withdrawn from his account. He got his retirement visa about 3 weeks later.
The money was just a few minutes in his bank account. That was really strange for me. Maybe for some guys no new news or I am a bit naiv.

I wouldn´t spend one single THB to an agent, would ask a good friend for 800k. I am a happy TE member since 4 years and extend it next year (hassle free).

Same happend with my friend, he took a taxi from BKK airport to Pattaya - Taxi sped away. It is always a good advice to make a photo from the taxi number which is inside the taxi.

I think there are thousands of plots like that available for sale, so what stops you if you love it so much?
The answer is simple and easy:
He is happy with it and got a good value for his money. Others like you are frustraded, envious - nothing to do and looking only for bad things in each story. I am pretty sure 90% of your posts are useless. You should think about it before you reply.

Of course the terrorists and nut jobs who staged the bombing and hostage-taking are 100% to blame for what they did, but if those who are publishing these cartoons (and let's face it, lampooning Mohammed is hardly a noble cause) know that innocent people are being put at risk, maybe exercising some restraint would be worth considering. If TE visa option was the only option I would take it. Fortunately it is not, so I choose to spend my money wisely.
After all that's 18 return tickets to Canada for me. I stand by my opinion. TE visa is poor value
- Thai Elite members spent already the money wisely
- Thai Elite members doesn´t count in airplane tickets or like others in 50 Baht beers
The cost of my three international flights per year are almost 500k Baht.
I agree! TE is not a good option for you.

I bought my Surface from Banana IT.
The keyboard I bought in my home home country direct from Microsoft. If you buy it direct from MS it is available in red color which look really nice.
Only MS offer the keyboard in red color.

I used on 23th of Dec. first time the TE airport service.
The limo was on time. No need to walk with my luggage on the road and watch for
a (dirty) taxi.
10 minutes before we reached the airport the driver called another TE staff.
Once we reached the airport a lady was waiting for me. She was asking for my
passport. I handed over my passport and she did the check in for me.
I fly business or first class if available so I don´t care about the fast track
option. I flew with Air France. The Air France business lounge at Suvarnabhumi
is rubbish. I was happy to use the TE lounge this time.
In the end I can say everything was 100% organized. I love such a service
and I am happy to pay for it.-

Yesterday I booked via email the limo/airport service from TE. Within 60 minutes I got the confirmation email.

It has your photo on it so may act as some form of ID maybe but the card is to get the privilages that come with the scheme thats all. Its not an ID cardHmmm.... that is disappointing - they should have gone that extra distance and had Thai Elite Ids that were compatible with Thai Id system so that it would act as an ID if some official stopped and asked for one (instead of passport).my card does not have a photo on it (the 500.000 bht card)

Mine does, it's on the back of the card. It's also the 500k Easy Access card.
Same for me too. Have a photo on the back site of the card.

waste of money..! get a new passport and btw immigration have tuned down now a lot compared to a couple of months ago when they were harassing people..
Very good advice. Some people like hassle others go for the TE card. TE members are happy to pay 500k for a 5 star service.

He is a Russian selling dope in Russia, so obviously his case is governed by Russian law. The Thai supplier selling to him in Thailand, has not committed any crimes, as his sales are legal under Thai law.
He had no work permit.

I think the guy is half true, there is a back site of the story
Maybe he is running an online pharmacy (registered or not registered). Most of them are trading with Viagra, etc. which is ilegal in Europe. I am guessing he is wanted in France. That´s why he had no option to fly to another country.
He posted, " I have a fully loaded Mastercard and an ATM card from Kasikorn bank", it would be easy to use the next ATM at the airport to get 20k Baht for showing to the officer.
It is just a guess.

Yes, I wrote in my first post. After you send the appliction form with your passport copy to TE, TE send it to the immigration for a check. Once this is proved you make the payment.

So I have to go every year.
