I think you're talking about the Ratchada Night Market. They moved the market to the other side of the road, opposite the old one. It's located on both sides of the car park.

[Bike ... Mostly...Flea Market?]

Some time ago there was a flea market near Lat Phao MRT that had a lot of bike parts. I think it was held on Sat. nights. That corner seems to be under development now so did the market move somewhere else? I will be in BKK and Chiang Mia in Feb. '12 and would like to visit it. I got some parts for a CB750 there.
