According to the rules its clearly non-essential unless she normally lives with you and just happens to be on a visit to Thailand.  The move in together thing was a one or two day decision people were making weeks ago.  Of course provided she could get into the country it would be a test of your relationship with your neighbours if they shop you in and you could end up with a visit from the plod and a £60 fine ????

well she does live me in thailand , and she has a valid tourist visa for this year ? and at the moment both in thailand . but i need to go uk and the plan was for her to come again this year as last ..

  2. just got a letter with the Electric bill  as it in Thia cant read in properly   .. but was told it say the landlord can claim free electric.?   but only the landlord not the tenant  ???? very odd why he should he get it .....as a renter pays the bills...  was told as he is the owner of the meter he gets it  do you  suppose he  should pass the money on to the renter????

This clearly states he has to return on April 14th. 90 days after his extension for a bank book check. It says nothing about bank account balance for the rest of the year. Nor does it say he has to do a bank book check again.

What is commonly known as a 90 day report is completely different. This coincidence that you have to keep the 800k in your bank account for 90 days and people’s seemingly misunderstanding of 90 day reports is causing endless anxiety and confusion.

yes the 90 day funds report starts from the application / renewal date of the extension . they must use the form to relay to immigration records ,,, as no name on form ,so must use my passport details ..
