Found it . went back to UK gov website typed in SA100, went to how to fill in your self assesment form, scrolled down found SA100 for 2024. It says for reference only but i now remember this is what i used last year with no problem. Thanks for the replies.

Hi, last year i was able to find a way to download this form, but this year no luck so far, its so stupid that i have to phone the UK tax office and get them to sent me the form, especially as all the other supplementary pages can be downloaded. Any help please. Thank you.

I agree with MartinL, it could be the certificate you get from your local amphur office that proves you are still married, i normally get mine a day before i go to immigration,hopefully this is the case for you, as what they are asking for makes no sense. Do you still have the affirmation of freedom to marry form, which maybe you got before you got married ? perhaps its that form they want. Anyway i wish all the best.

Ive just noticed that on the uk gov website , there is a SA100 year 2023 that can be printed off, it says for reference only but it looks the same as previos years.

So i can download SA105 and SA 109, but i now have to phone the tax office to get them to sent me THE SA100 to my Thai address. This makes no sense at all unless i have misunderstood.

Ok just to clarify, you say i should notify my address early and say only get 82 days before next report, but this is not a problem because i will always get a full year before i have re apply for a new marriage extension again.

Ok thanks Joe didnt know that, next time i will leave the report till a couple of days before, i applied early as i was keen to see that it worked ok for me.

Hi, Just did my first online report, had to notify my address by 26 july, so IO told me that i could do report from the 11 july, Now keen to see that it worked ok ive just done my report and within 1 hour got notification that it was successful and to report again by 9th October. This of course is means they have only given me 76 days. I put 26 july in the visa expire box on tm47. So have i made a mistake or has immigration incorrectly give me 90 days from today and not the 26th july. Many thanks for any replies.

Not false, without buying a ticket you can play for the last 3 numbers or bet on a two number combination.

If the OP is returning on a one way ticket without a non O in advance, would he maybe need a throwaway ticket for leaving Thailand within 30 days to keep airline and immigration happy. Sorry if im wrong on this i dont want to give incorrect information, or maybe OP has a return ticket.

UPDATE... Went to the IO today, 2 mins later walked out with 1 year extension stamp , yep no need to worry .

Hi, i applied for an extension based on marriage on March 1st, all paperwork, photos , maps, and bank account funds ok. Two days later immigration came to my house, more photos taken and everything ok. I was stamped in till 30th April and told to come back on the 28th or 29th, we phoned them up yesterday and thay said the extension has not come through yet and i need to get a new stamp in my passport. Is this delay common? i will feel a bit aggrieved if they want to charge me more money for extending my stay while i wait for them to get my extension sorted. The IO is in Sakon Nakhon.

I have the same problem, Doc said they could remove it if caused problems,but it doesnt hurt me, and 15 years on still got it, but all ok. Its quite common.
