  1. You might want to do some research into vitamin D deficiency.
  2. "Magnesium" - a good excuse to eat a bar of dark chocolate a day (I did that at one point too!).
  3. I managed to heal myself by researching hundreds of articles as well as the good old scientific trial and error. It was through that trial and error I discovered some things that worked very well. I was eating turmeric , pineapple and natto before there were any articles on them. The most avid researcher is the one whose life depends on it not the one who is being paid to do it.
  4. Well all I can say is it's a shame I wasn't warned about the debilitating Guillain-Barre like symptoms that I and thousands of others suffered (on top of all the other effects). If I had of known I would have taken the informed consent much more seriously and decided against it. All I can say is that I hope no one takes all the one sided "information" on board and has to suffer like I had to suffer. I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy and that would include the people on this forum. I would encourage everyone to do due diligence and that involves a wide range of reading from all sources available. Just remember at the end of the day, statistics are people and you could be one of them.
  5. So if these vaccines are so wonderful, why are people still suffering from Covid? What are the point of all these articles? Do you want more people to get vaccinated, do you want to go back to lockdown. What are you suggesting? On the one hand you post articles saying Covid hospitalisations are getting worse and on the other hand you post saying how wonderful the vaccines are. Do they work or don't they? I have 3 quadruple vaccinated friends in Utah, who are currently suffering from Covid. Do you suggest that they get vaccinated again ? Seriously should they get vaccinated a fifth time. Obviously this stuff is so wonderful it doesn't work if you have 4 shots!
  6. Would you regard over one year as temporary? Would you regard being unable to walk more than about 30m before feeling disoriented as normal? Would you regard being unable to sleep for more than 3 hours due to a cytokine storm as mild (lasted for 6 months)? Would you regard tachycardia as mild? Quite frankly I don't care how many million people survived; I know one thing for sure you could offer me $13million and I wouldn't get another vaccination. In fact I now have absolute distrust of the whole medical establishment - when I literally thought I was going to die all they could do was tell me to get the second vaccination. Absolutely abominable!
  7. Since many of these people giving out supposedly "false information" suffered similar symptoms to me, I would assume what they are saying is true. I wouldn't wish what I had to go through on my worst enemy. Absolutely no help whatsoever from the medical establishment , I had to do my own research and heal myself. In my opinion the whole thing verges on criminality. Severe side effects are very real , anyone who came away from the whole debacle as normal should count themselves lucky.
  8. I wonder if they have learned to aspirate yet, at least it would reduce the risk of it going into your vascular system.
  9. It provides an incentive to administer as many as possible with very little due diligence.
  10. Based on my own experience alone, I can say that it would be absolute madness to vaccinate babies. The medical establishment seems very interested when people are suffering from Covid but drops you like a hot potato when you have an adverse effect to the vaccine. How about some full disclosure - how much are doctors and hospitals being paid to administer these vaccines?
  11. If having a North Korean official on the WHO executive board doesn't set off the alarm bells I don't know what will.
  12. There are many other articles reporting on the increase of IgG4 synthesis after multiple vaccinations. https://www.science.org/doi/10.1126/sciimmunol.ade2798?adobe_mc=MCMID%3D10004033062825659411129435348606531187|MCORGID%3D242B6472541199F70A4C98A6%40AdobeOrg|TS%3D1685772772
  13. The big concern when it comes to vaccine efficacy and possible side effects (especially multiple jabs) is the increased IgG4 synthesis which suppresses natural immune responses . This would lead to a "tolerance " and therefore easier access for the virus. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37243095/
  14. It would be interesting to see a study comparing the efficacy of the Covid vaccines compared to that of various dosages of Vitamin D. Vitamin D has been found to lessen the likelihood of catching Covid as well as lessening the symptoms. https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fphar.2022.836738/full
  15. Well from what they said ----- "We identified 31 cases of immune-mediated disease (IMD) (18 Females (58%); 13 males (42%)); mean age 34.6. Only 4 of them (13%) had an autoimmune background before COVID-19 vaccination. In 27 patients (87%) there was no autoimmune disease background and patients presented with new-onset disease (Table 1)."
  16. Looking at the picture of her (especially face), I would say she has lupus. There have been many cases documented after the Covid vaccine.
  17. There are many papers studying post vaccine autoimmune diseases, this is one of them: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC9994665/
  18. Apparently because it doesn't involve giving money to the electorate out of the "Party's purse" and instead promises money from the prospective government (which would be the government budget from tax money), it is in fact legal. So by the fact that you are promising to pay after a certain electoral outcome instead of prior to the election, that makes it legal. I totally get your point it is like handing out "an IOU note" instead of cash. Shouldn't be allowed but apparently the devil is in the detail.
  19. Geo-fenced money with an expiry date - so they have basically exposed themselves as the WEF candidate. Is the money coming from the EU?
  20. Maybe someone would like to put us out of our misery - April Fool or not ?
  21. I wonder if AI can use a calendar. April I Maybe AI stands for this date, now there's a thought (A for April and it's a 1 and not an I)
  22. Conundrum of the day - "why do turkeys sign up for Thanksgiving?" The stupidity of the human race never ceases to amaze me.
  23. Coffee increases your bile production - that's probably why he recommended it. Although if you have a fatty liver that might affect your actual ability to produce bile, so coffee might not be enough. Before I took bile salts I did keto diet, fasting, all types of foods to improve liver/digestion etc, cut out carbs, took vitamins. These things helped but I always felt as if I was on some sort of threshold, I never felt over 95% normal. When I took the bile salts I'm guessing I felt quick results because of the things I had been doing before but the turnaround was still quite dramatic.
  24. Have you looked into the association with bile salts. Bile salts will help reduce fatty liver and in some cases people are not producing enough (bile) so that's why they get it in the first place. Do some research and see if it seems a good fit for you. I had fatty liver (I think it was partly genetic and partly because I don't eat much fat in my diet ---> low levels of bile salts). In my case I took Tudca for a couple of months and it worked quite well. From what I've read some people say you can't stay on Tudca for extended periods so you need to switch to Ursodiol. At the moment I am still on Tudca as I only started in February but I feel pretty good and no nagging "bruising pain" in the top corner of my stomach close to rib cage, which I was getting before. "Caveat emptor" etc. but I had to self diagnose because doctors were no help, the symptoms were too vague ie. I always feel tired, I have a stiff neck, bruising pain under ribcage, pain in lower back etc etc. I was a doctor's nightmare! Some of the symptoms come from vitamin deficiencies as without bile you can't absorb the fat soluble vitamins.
  25. This is perhaps one of the most detailed summaries I have found on 15 minute cities. https://www.deloitte.com/global/en/Industries/government-public/perspectives/urban-future-with-a-purpose/15-minute-city.html There are a lot of people saying "I can drive there in 15 minutes". It is not about driving, it is about walking or cycling in 15 minutes. I doubt many people will be able to own a car in this type of city due to the lack of space; there are many references to density so it seems they want to pack the people in. Anyone with even half a vision can see it is very unlikely you will be owning a car in one of these cities, in fact you probably won't own anything apart from a lease (if that). I doubt there will be any freehold property seeing as everything will probably be classed as a "community asset". "Launch schemes to promote affordable housing in every neighbourhood: Cities can achieve this by establishing mandatory affordable housing requirements for any new development or by implementing concepts such as inclusionary zoning (instead of segregated zoning). Additionally, incentives or density bonuses can be provided to urban planners and developers, to encourage the creation of affordable and inclusive communities. Johannesburg in 2020 emerged as an example of deploying the inclusive housing concept, with a framework for increasing affordable housing and addressing the lack of social mix in race and income across the city.5 Allow flexible use of urban spaces and properties across neighbourhoods: Cities could promote diverse use of buildings and public spaces to derive maximum value from the infrastructure and boost community engagement."
