  4. Is the North Pattaya Road one still there?
  5. It reduces stomach acid so maybe allows the stomach to heal, certainly helps with gastritis
  6. She was there at the weekend, night market, near the street, opposite a Hitachi sign on Thepprasit. Dr Olivier is the bottom end of Thepprasit

  8. If i wanted some golf shirts i might go to the market for Adidas etc, usually very good quality, other than that i avoid, i dislike slow walking people getting in the way. I buy off Lazada almost every day, much prefer online. BTW second hand furniture market on Soi Ko Pai
  9. Maybe a trainee building up experience
  10. Read Tomaz's posts on this thread, they are the best "Type 2 is insulin resistance. Meaning there is insulin in the body, but cells can't use it to absorb glucose from blood. Again, while sugar and carbohydrates cause spikes in glucose, they are not the main reason for insulin resistance, which often can be reversed (increasing insulin sensitivity), and there are several quite successful programs for it, which include cutting out fats, blaming them for "clogging" cells and therefore starving them of energy. Type 2 diabetes patients are generally very slim, although they consume large amount of foods. Improving sensitivity to insulin can lower the glucose levels without medication, although it requires significant lifestyle changes, where many people rather take medication like Metmorfin, or even resort to insulin injection" Although type 2 patients are not generally very thin, generally they are overweight, maybe he's referring to Thailand
  11. Op, how do you know you have H Pylori? test?
  12. Pattaya City Hall don't like trees, vile weed
  13. The good news is only one Songkran day left 😁
  14. I eat loads of carbs fruit and sugar, fit, slim and healthy, blood tests good, its the western fatty junk food that's the problem
  15. Go into settings and at the top search bar type Region, may get two options, mine is the second one, select India
  16. I've used my horn about 3 times in years, Vietnam and India hell holes where all you can here is horns
  17. Amazon coffee is ok, they use Thai Robusta which is why it tastes a little bitter, when in the middle of nowhere it's handy as PTTs have a 7 Eleven and Amazon, i go for the black coffee with milk 40 baht
  18. Stick to Japanese water heaters, bullet proof
  19. You might find that changing the region to India would fix your delay issue. I also did the "forget network" 2.4 ghz wifi so now it goes straight in to the 5 without delay
  20. The installer changed the name so it is definitely there plus i can see it as my Note 12 can see both 2.4 and 5
  21. It's not 5G but i don't think that's the same as wifi 5ghz. I have the Note 12 5G and that sees both 2.4 and 5ghz. I'm currently getting speeds of 200+ on 5ghz Note 12 5G and 150+ on 5ghz Note 9
  22. I use my note 9 as a kinda TV box, and cast to TV. I just got 3BB fibre installed so wanted to connect to 5ghz rather than 2.4ghz, but it wouldn't show it. Tried many things per youtube in the end the setting that solved it was to change region to India of all places. Anyone find an alternate way to fix it? or has Xiaomi tried to block it using Thailand as a region?
  23. Not matched elsewhere, even though Facebook groups are good most posts are very short
  24. 500 baht is standard in Pattaya and it's very thorough, you just need to tell them when booking no gas, otherwise they may try to charge for an unnecessary refill and no fix
