  1. Well its been Over a year and the only thing I've accomplished is that I got my wife a green card. Am going back in April to finish the process of adopting.
  2. I just renewed my passport because I only had a few pages left in my old one. It was 1 year before expiration.
  3. Yes I know that one.....forgot to put it in original OP. Just was wondering what else might be needed......Letter from parents? Notarized? ETC..... Thanks anyway for the reply
  4. I have been here in Thailand for 20 years. I go back to the US every now and then. Sometimes my wife (10 year visa) accompanies me. We have a 3 year old grand daughter (Thai passport) who we would like to bring to the US .....My question is ....What does my grand daughter need to accompany us to the US? Or What do we need for her to accompany us? Sorry if this is in the wrong forum.... mods please correct for me.
  5. I just renewed my US passport ......sent in all the paper work with the bank drafts on Dec.8. Received it 3 weeks later. No problem.
  6. Yes I did pay for an attorney to get it done. Recommend an attorney???? No Its been 20 years since I practiced and it depends on the area you live in or will be going to.
  7. First I would talk to an immigration attorney. I'm an attorney myself and when I brought my English wife to the US I hired an immigration attorney. The US is not Thailand so the laws are different.
  8. IT's pseudo lawyers like you the world doesn't need. You do more harm than good.
  9. You should be talking to her doctor at the hospital. I had a stroke 3 years ago.....In intensive care for 3 days and 2 more days for observation. The doctor gave me a blood thinner prescription and statins to take. This clinic sounds like a quack ....he should tell you at least what he is injecting into your wife at least! Good luck
  10. I retired at 40. I realized that I might not Live past 53 as no male member of my family had live past 53 before (Heart Attacks). Well I'm now 68 so that record is broken but I had a heart attack at 53 (they put in 3 stents) and I recovered. then at 63 I had a stroke and have since recovered although I'm on medication. I now live each day as it's my last and enjoy life to its fullest.
