Would I somehow need to show that card to some authority in Thailand and get a local vaccine app / card or some other local proof? Or would I show a foreign proof-of-vaccination here in local restaurants?

I've seen / heard a few people mention that quarantines are required when moving from one place within Thailand to another. I can't seem to find a single source which explains exactly how this works though. (Let alone how it's enforced). There also seems to be some disagreement between some of the things I've read. Is this true? Are quarantines required within Thailand for region-to-region travel? If so, can someone explain exactly from where-to-where requires a quarantine? Or is there a resource online somewhere that explains this? Thanks
