It is not possible to say anything about the TP system which is 100% true, as it appears to be work in progress, and something that worked yesterday may not work the same way today. They seem to be tweaking the system all the time in the background, without any announcements about what they are actually changing.

I have 2 QR codes, one issued instantly, the other had to wait 5 days for it.

I just spotted this on FB...not sure what the source is and if its true or not....some improvements in progress:

    * they are working with Microsoft to sort out the hotmail issues

    * The QR codes will be issued in 3 days instead of 7

    * They are working on the option of online checking of the application status - I guess similar to the old CoE?

    Treat it as a rumour.

I confirm that the microsoft issue-hotmail-outlook- is probably solved as I received yesterday evening my Thailand pass on my outlook email whiwh I used to apply first 6 days ago

  2. Great news : two hours after getting my Alternative Quarantine QR code, I have received my Test and Go QR code on my OUTLOOK email. It means they have solved their problem with microsoft . This application was made the 1st day after the api error problem had a by pass but when we were not yet knowing that Microsoft had blacklisted their mails. I have made numerous other applications with gmail.
Also at that time the single shot Janssen vaccination was not recognized by  the system so I had to put my Janssen as first dose and my Moderna booster as second dose. My QR code only mentionned the Moderna.

Thanks for the support of all of you who have shared their experience. It is the end for me of three weeks of anxiety as I knew since the annoncement 3 weeks ago that there will be a lot of problems as I know thailand for 40 years.

I have tried the Alternative quarantine trick discussed above this morning.

I have not received any QR code. It seems it doesn't work anymore, loophole may have been filled up.

Sorry I was to impatient . So yes It is still working but others have got their alternative quarantine pass immediatley and mine was just received. Then 5 hours later. I am quite surprise because if it is automated I should have received it immediatley . If it needs human control I shouldn't have received it because I mentioned only 1 night of AQ hotel.

I am still waiting for my test and go applications results  but if I don't receive any. I am ready to pay 700€ for the alternative quarantine booking that I may need to show at the airport.

I called the Thai Passport consular number and after 10 attempts and 3 different numbers was able to get through to someone.

She said the queue is being processed as fast as possible, but they can't expedite applications because they are too busy with people departing on 6-7 Nov.

Where can I find the numbers . I speak thai well enough to speak to them in their language.

    B.  Screw Thailand, I have been waiting for 2 years to travel and if they pooped the bed, they will not see my money.  The amount of stress this process is creating is absurd.  I will not try again, they can forget it.  I will also do my best to dissuade anyone to travel there if they ask me about it.  Between their lack of communication, the bad programming, the terrible execution and the stress they create, they are NOT PREPARED and I will not encourage them.

I believe you are averreacting. All this mess was expected and of no surprise to me . One cannot assume that a thirld world country will be a 100 percent efficient. We are just unlucky to have planned our trips at this time.
Anyway I was ready to pay for the 15 days quarantine when I left Thailand 3 months ago and will then be happy with the AQ QR solution.
I am quite sure that you will forgive them in a few weeks.

Too lazy to read all the pages.

How long did it take you guys to receive that QR code ?

After figuring out that hotmail addresses weren't working i was finally able to resubmit with gmail earlier today, departing on 8th, arriving on 9th *sweating*

There is no answer to this question. Nobody knows. Some people have got it immediately some others are waiting for 4 days and nothing....

    A theory:

The TP system operates automatically if the application contains a vaccine certificate containing a QR code, and automatic = instant. If not, a human has to do the review, and the humans are busy.

Just done that an hour ago and am not receiving the pass. I put the vaccine certificate and the QR code. But it's a thai certificate ! So maybe the sytem doesn t like it.

My Non "O" will run out. Expect to use a visa exempt to start again.

Came across this from embassy website. Surely visa exempt can get the Thai pass?

Yes you can enter with visa exempt and you can get a thai pass. Type of visa is not asked during the process of application for thailandpass.

But beware I think that visa exempt is only 30 days and not 45 days  now.

    Not quite:

I know foreigners who’s Pink ID number is on their Mor Prom digital heath pass and Thai Certificate and no Passport Number.

My Wife’s Mor Prom digital heath pass and Thai Certificate does not include her Passport Number, just her Thai ID number.

So you are right then , no consistency again and nonsense to ask passport number on covid certificate.

There's defiantly an element of irony... the Mor Promp Covid-19 vaccine certificate does not include the Passport Number either (before coming to the UK I had to edit my Wife’s which only had her Thai ID) - Neither is her Name in English (only in Thai).

Neither was my Passport Number on my Covid-19 vaccine cert issued in Middle East.

An reportedly, neither is the the Passport Number on the Covid-19 vaccine cert issued in the UK, Europe and the US.

Which... all in all is ridiculous considering the one of the primary uses of the vaccine certificates is for International Travel.

Wrong foreigners get their passport number on the mor prom digital health pass and their thai certificate or at least mine is showing

This worked for me as well after numerous attempts to submit on IE/Chrome.

I used Brave, connected my VPN to Thailand, and as people have suggested, added blank space to end of passport number. So could successfully submit, now just waiting for email....

Thank you very much It has also worked for me but i had to add two blank spaces after my passport number.

Would be interested to hear from anyone who initially received the  Error from API Server if they have since been able to register and how.

Have tried different browsers, devices and always get this error at the final click and the insurance doc removed

I am in the same situation. Trying with 3 different browsers, two different computers also once with remote desktop from thailand,  altogethers 5 times since 3 o clock europe time this morning to no avail. Still Error From api server. I hope somebody can find a solution and share it.

I am starting to panick stupidly.

I am in exactly the same boat as you. Let me know if you have any breakthroughs (and how the hell you did it)

We are probaly many in the same boat and we are going to sink soon. I have been trying everyday for myself and 2 friends over 80 since tuesday to no avail. The calendar remains white forever. Is it purely chance or is there a selection by notionality or else....

Some Immigration offices have accepted these printed TW pdf receipts as proof of overseas transfers regardless of the coding on your bank statements or Passbooks.

You should establish with your IO if these are acceptable before proceeding further.

Thank you very much for your comprehensive answer.

I think then that I will open a Bangkok Bank account in addition to my thirty years old Krung Thai account. I will decide later whether I will deposit a fixed 800 000Baht or a monthly 65 000 Baht . For this year my embassy is still doing the income statement but I am preparing for the day they either stop to do it or immigration do not accept it anymore. I thus wish to have a backup.

There is no need to obtain a credit advice receipt when it's shown as an International transfer. They are only necessary if you have chosen a different Thai Bank to one of those three. If, for example, you used Krung Thai as your preferred bank, Transferwise will still send it to Krung Thai ......BUT it will go via one of their partner banks first then, immediately, on to Krung Thai. But because the final leg of the transfer is then between two Thai banks the coding will show as a domestic transfer even though it's still been sent from overseas. You would then need a credit advice receipt to prove the transfer.

I have just visited Krung Thai today and confirm that all my transferwise transfers are showned as domestic . They say of course that  they can't help.

I don't know what is a credit advise receipt. Does somebody know how I can get them ? I should ask to who ? Krung Thai or the partner bank which I don't know or transferwise ?
