Good News and great surprise today. My 90 days is due on March 16th, and I did try online on March 2nd at 10h49pm. Without much hope I admit, as since I had a new passport issued in April 2019 I expected to get the message "Please contact your local immigration office ..." And I was ready to send it by registered mail as I did for one year. But not this time, much to my surprise the report went into status "pending". I still thought there was a chance I would get an e-mail from immigration that report was rejected and that I should contact the office. But no, this time the report was approved within 24hrs and I got the receipt print with next report due on May 31st.
I encourage other people who were in the same situation as me to keep on trying, maybe there's been some positive upgrades in the software. I can't believe it was just luck.

I sent 90 my days report by mail a couple of weeks ago to Chiang Mai immigration and told them I had lost my TM6. They returned the report approved with a handwritten note that said: "No problem, everything is OK.

That explains things. Of course us old timers get lowest priority. I wonder why that never occurred to me. ????
After a disastrous problem with the EMS I'm not about to mail my passport. But on the bright side, with Chiang Mai Imm now operating so promptly it's a pleasant early AM drive, grab a cuppa on the way, park in an empty parking lot, kick it back with a book in the waiting room opened by 6:30, and usually well before 7:30 I'm covered and out of there.
You don't need to mail the original passport, copies are enough. I did so last month and it was returned to me approved within a week, with a handwritten note to add TM30 copy and departure card copy next time.
I did it by mail because after several years of successful online reports I could no longer do it due to having received a new passport.

Hi. I've been in Thailand (with an OA Multiple Entry visa) since September 2019, but I've never had the dubious pleasure of 90-day reporting as I've always had some international travel within the 90-day limit.
Back to the future? ????

Submitted my online report on Apr. 20 (due date May 4). It was approved today and confirmed by e-mail from Immigration. Next report will be interesting, as I am in the process of renewing my passport, and thus will have to transfer last extension stamp. Hopefully, I won't need to exit the country for my next online application.

Submitted my 8th in a row 90 days online reporting this morning around 9.15am, got the approval by 4pm!
Never had any problems with it even when I got a new passport!!
Bangok resident with at least one exit per year back to Australia or Greece depends on my mood.
Regards,
Walailak
I hope I will get the same result in 2 months when I will submit my 14th online report. Meanwhile, I will renew my passport In Chiang Mai in April. I have booked a date in Chiang Mai, as they are coming here for 2 days with their mobile station fully equipped for photos, finger prints and biometric data. Even a trip to Bangkok would be difficult for me and my current health issues, and I could not even imagine a border run.

nope.. I did my 90 day report last week with my extension, so I'm well outside my window.. and it wouldn't let me to past 2.
But just I managed to apply for an on-line report for a friend who is inside his window.
I've now used the system myself around 12 times, and probably done as many others for friends. It's always been the same. In the window, it goes to page 2, outside it doesn't.
Same for me, 14 successful online applications for myself in Chiang Mai, and 12 for a technophobic friend. I entered the country on 09/30/2013 and never left since then. The only time I had a doubt was about 2 years ago when they shut the site for a major upgrade which lasted several months. I had submitted the first day of my 14 days window, but the very last day before the shutdown and it was still pending. I could no longer check status the next day, so the very same day I sent a report by registered mail (original report, but only copies passport and other docs. and I included a return registered enveloppe with my address). I got it back approved within 10 days, all fine.
When the site eventually reopened I went back to check the status of my initial application and it had indeed been approved. So for a while I had 2 approved reports in the system and it did not create any problems on subsequent submissions.

Yes, I've done mine this morning, it was approved in the afternoon (Chiang Mai)

This has been my experience without exception also.
Unless I missed something, wasn't there more or less a consensus among those who had researched the online reporting system that the system would not accept submissions prior to (or after) the specified date window? I'm pretty sure that's the advice I was given previously in this thread.
Perhaps changes to the system have been made by immigration?
As I mentioned earlier, I was able to submit my report and check on the status using mobile Firefox for the first time today, so who knows?
Out of interest, I just tried a few minutes ago to make my next online report, my actual 14 days window starts only the 27th of March. As expected, I was blocked after the first page with the infamous message 'For further information regarding the 90 days report contact your local immigration office'. I was previously always successful when I applied within the allowed timeframe.

Done.
As I mentioned before, my experience has been that the system won't even allow you to submit a report if you are early (or late.)
Has that changed?
I think you are right, I once tried earlier than 14 days, and couldn't get past the first page. That was back in January. I then tried again within the time window, and it went through.
It would be interesting if you share the reason of rejection once you know it, as so far I had never heard of any online rejection.

I just tried now, it is on again, while 5 minutes ago it was still down.
But still very unstable, OK with Internet Explorer and Google Chrome, but still down with Microsoft Edge.

I have done the 90 report online before with no problems, but now when I try to open the page I get the message THIS SITE IS NOT SECURE, I am using the same link I have used previously, any help please
Had the same message when I reported on Jan1st, clicked on 'Details', then on the next page on 'Go on to the webpage (not recommended)', and proceeded from there. Report was approved 10 days later.

My report done on Jan 1 was finally approved today Jan 11, never took so long. I was already afraid I would have to show up at Chiang Mai immigration next week.

The site is accessible for me, but only in 'not secured' mode, similar to what it was several months ago. I could still check the status (pending) of my online report done Jan 1st.

Ahhhh thank you. I will take greater care next time I report to get all the print options.
Thank you again.
I think you can still access and print the document. My TM47 was approved on Oct 18 and I just checked it is still available to print the application approval and the next appointment form. I don't know how long the file remains accessible though. Just by curiosity I tried an older approval from April 2017, and I could still access the online approval page, but could not download the printed forms.

With the greatest respect, my pdf approval notice has no next appointment date on it.
On the bottom of the online approved page you should have 2 printing box options:
1) Application (PRINT)
2) The next Appointment (PRINT)
If you don't have a date in option 2 then you indeed have a problem. Good luck!

I logged my 90 days report on Monday October 16th at 08h51 and it was approved today October 18th in the afternoon (exact time unknown) by the Chiang Mai immigration office. No e-mail confirmation though. Glad I did not have to visit the office.

You may have something blocking a popup message telling you to contact your local immigration office. That has happened to others.
Right you are, I get a pop-up message in Thai. I think I even know the reason. I now have two approvals with different next notify dates (Jul 29 and Aug 8). The first one was approved online, but I could not see or print it as the site went down at that time. The second approval was issued at the immigration office, as I thought the site went off before approval was issued. It is only yesterday when the site was back that I realized the online application had indeed been approved. So probably there are conflicting info in their records now.
-
Tried the online application this morning, but could not proceed to the second page. After I entered the CAPTCHA password and pressed the submit button the page went blank. Tried a few times, and eventually went off to the post office. Hope it will work fine in 3 months.

First observation, it seems to be the same layout as previously and the site is still unsecured.

Site is back up and running as I type this. How long it will stay up is anybody's guess.
My 15 days period prior to due date starts tomorrow, will give it a try and share the result. Last time in April I could submit the form and it remained pending 3 days before the site went down again, so couldn't check if it was approved, and had to make a visit to the office, s it was too late for mail. Today, I see that my previous form had indeed been approved.

How many lives did her yaba sales ruin ? How many teenagers did she sell to who then stole from their parents, gave up educational opportunities and made other's live's miserable hells. ?
Yes...it is quite fair for drug sellers. For Users maybe harsh...but for dealers...throw the book at them.
She hasn't ruined any lives except her own. Every single user is solely responsible for their own life choices, unless they're human slaves being forced to use the product, in which case the slave masters are the criminals, not the sales people.
Sorry, this is a very naive comment. For the youngster the most important thing is what their peers are doing and if they are into the drug scene, many will follow suit. However, if drugs are not readily available..................I am sure from now on you can work it out?
Sure! When peers are doing their stuff we should do the same, whatever that might be! If a friend jumps a bridge, rapes a girl, etc... should I do the same? People are responsible for their own actions, not their peers, nor their friends, family, dealer, etc...
In today's world, especially in nanny states, people always have to find someone to blame for their own decisions. Smoke and die of cancer, it's the tobacco industry! Burn your lips drinking coffee in a restaurant, sue the owner! The list is endless.
I am for taking full responsibility of the consequences my own actions, and believe me I took some dangerous ones, but never tried to blame anyone but me.
Online 90 day reporting available from April 1st

No, I didn't exit or enter Thailand since September 2013.
I can't travel due to a medical condition which includes chronic pain.
