I have some large windows on the 2nd floor. I have an extension ladder that reaches to the bottom of the windows. A person would have to stand on the top rund of the ladder in order to reach the top of the windows. Anyone know a window washer who has no fear of heights? I live on the west side of Chiang Mai

A friend sent me an iPhone7 to use, but the phone function does not send nor receive phone calls. It would cost me 11,000B to have it fixed by Apple. Anybody here in Chaing Mai know how to fix it? If not, how can I send it back to UK without going through DSL which is outrageously expensive. The post office does not want to take responsibility for smart phones.
