probably you accumulated enough points for discount and they need your passport to verify that its you who the owner of the member card that will receive the discount. happened to me every time i have enough points and they will ask me if i want to use it.

I think they mistranslated it to you. I think what they mean is they "run out of that item" you're interested in. They should have told you to go to a different branch of Big C rather than making you wait for a re-stock. This promotion is both for Thais and Foreigners. The only promotion i didn't get was the 1 baht AIS phone because they "require"  me to show a Thai ID card. or maybe, again, they might mistranslated it to me that time.

If i remember it correctly, the type of vaccines depends on the child's age. My baby has a record book from the hospital were the nurse writes down the vaccines they injected and gives us another appointment date for the next vaccine schedule. I know its possible to get a 2 year extension and work permit. But I'm not sure if everyone can get it or there are specific requirements you need to meet to get one. Can someone help me out with this information? Thank you

That would make sense. So the immigration will cancel my current extension based on the letter of cancellation from my current employer. That's why I noticed that immigration officers are really meticulous with the "dates" written on every documents I submit. If only more foreigners know this process, a lot of foreigners will be saving money and time going in/out of the country and the hassle of doing everything from ground zero.

What if I'm planning to work/move to a different province. Getting an approval for the new work permit ahead of time before going to the immigration is possible, but how about in immigration office? Does it means that i need to cancel my extension at the old immigration office and travel to the new immigration office at the same day to get a new extension based on the new "paperworks" from the new school?  Thank you.
