A few months ago there was an amendment or new law passed regarding noisy annoying dogs and that the owners could be fined 10.000 baht.

Sorry if this is the wrong place for getting info and hopefully a member will point me to the correct area.

I plan to have a holiday near a beach in Vietnam with my Thai family and also get a retirement visa at the same time.

Suggestions for the best place and easyist city to apply along with any advice from our great members would be great, thanks in advance.

You can get a single entry non-o visa in Vientiane or Savannakhet Laos with no financial proof. Or a multiple entry non-o in Savannakhet.

Hi Joe, I plan to drive from Chiang Mai to Vientiane with family for short holiday and get an extension of stay based in retirement (with no proof of funds).

As they only issue a 'single entry" how does it affect a 1 year visa, would I need to leave Thailand every 90 day or whatever?
