  1. I would suggest you tell them you change things up at times because the exchange rate can change so much the way the Thai currency keep changing . This is very true and in. reality what one deals with to get best exchange rate possibly with so much always changing as Thai baht keeps getting stronger and country we send from’s currency is worth less and less in Thailand .

  2. I think at the core for many who come here in time it becomes apparent your money is wanted here but Thai people do not seem to truly like people from the west . It’s more of a financial need they have for foreigners not a real desire to be with . Even when I see these retired guys with their wives and girlfriends the couples seem far from close and things seem more rooted in she needs money and he needs help and does not want to be alone . So possibly much is missed with this arrangement and a society so in financial needs for foreigners . It’s like something’s missing and when I saw this article and list I felt it had more to do with something more than the weather .

  3. FYI today on the local Thai TV, the Thai expats group was interviewing a lady from Bangkok Bank and going over how to use their bank, what foreign transaction code or the internal bank transaction code and a bank letter that is sometimes used.  This monthly transfer really has to be stopped.  It is an  undue burden on expats that costs time and money.  Transactions fees do add up.  Somebody really needs to approach the immigration officials with some sort of average transaction to be allowed, three months worth of funds every 90 days or whatever.

  4. Get it at Bumrungrad then use the results to have fusion guided biopsy in the US total price will not be super cheap but if anything is missed and biopsy done that’s not fusion guided by MRI if it shows something and one just has traditional biopsy done while surgeon uses ultrasound much can be missed . Why take that risk especially if PSA has climbed over the years and is over 4 or 5 . I know little but the MRI done right and if needed fusion guided biopsy using that MRI as the map for the biopsy is big advancement . I know little but this information is almost mainstream now . Get the MRI at Bumrungrad then send results to the states so a well experienced surgeon who does fusion guided biopsy can advise . If you show the MRI to urologist here possibly their existence with MRI examination and fusion guided biopsy from mri is almost nothing .

  5. If one goes into Jomtien immigration office to get / apply for a re entry or multi re entry permit the wait time is quite fast even on busy days I have found .

With that said what is the time it takes to get this done in Bangkok and what is the best time to go ? Getting at airport last minute seems risky now with such delays and long lines there so getting this well in advance of travel days seems always to be best . Are there any local offices or visa service shops that can do it for you like a 90 reporting check in do one does not have to go out to that immigration office that is far from the center of town ? Thanks for any comments or information.

  6. Well, someone should have the courtesy of actually answering your question:

  7. Using yourself as a human guinea pig is not a very smart way to decide on drug use. I tried it for a short while and had nasty side effects - high blood pressure and extreme edema. A friend of mine who tried it got the same results, along with sleep apnea... and these were low doses. Side effects such as these are well documented. Other people I know had none of the above problems, but no obvious benefits either. Bodybuilders are so aware of these side effects from daily use of HGH they have special protocols to help prevent them, for example, 3 times per week intramuscular instead of daily subcutaneous injections.

Of course, don't take my word for it. Spend the money (it's not cheap) and try it for yourself. You may be lucky not to have serious side effects and even some benefits. Be aware that some of the side effects I experienced are life-threatening if you have some underlying medical condition such as a weak heart.

My recommendation was to supplement ( NOT TAKE HGH OR EXPERIMENT WITH THAT DRUG ) the amino acids that help promote optimal GH levels along with lifestyle changes that promote your own bodies ability to produce higher GH and more optimal hormone levels .

Helping your own body create higher levels of GH itself without taking actual HGH drug , and check with bloodwork to monitor all your lab work at intervals getting all 26 amino's more optimal that help optimize your own GH levels with supplements along with strength training and thus raising you own GH levels by letting your body create them not taking the GHG drug . PM me and I can share a list of dietary and lifestyle changes one can make along with supplements ( specifically amino acid supplements ) and what blood work will help you monitor and possibly help you increase your GH levels letting your body do it without taking and actual HGH drug that like any drug has many possible toxic side effect . Below I post the second amino panel after 6 months of supplementation and lifestyle changes that almost doubled my GH levels ( confirmed with blood work ) now . Now I increase the Argunine like I did with others amino's after first panel that showed very low levels of many amino's i supplemented to bring up and now make supplement changes again and retest blood again in 3 months . The food and lifestyle changes like strength training and time restricted eating hours et. along with help from iHerb ordering the amino acids and other supplements with monitoring at intervals bloodwork to make tweaks really is a powerful opportunity to get to the real roots of raising levels like GH by helping your body produce its own . I did the same with thyroid and gave up the Synthroid thyroid medication I needed when I had under active thyroid and low Free T4 by supplementing iodine so my body had the fuel to make its own missing hormone instead of just taking the drug thus getting to the roots of things . So grateful we have iHerb and affordable blood work services here . IMG_6214.JPG

  8. None have proven to work so far. (as far as i know)

That's and interesting reply for me to read from my point of view ( as I changed my GH levels dramatically in 18 months documented with lab results ) for me when I am someone who does the blood work before and after I make dietary changes or changes with my supplements and lifestyle/exercise seeing for myself what works or not . My advice to others is , don't believe anyone or anything you read and possibly cheat yourself out of the opportunity instead investigate yourself and go see .

  9. Why not just order from iHerb the amino acids and supplements that really help and promote your own body to produce much more HGH and you can do blood work at different intervals to monitor your progress .

  10. The text i quoted when i started the thread was taken from a document i found detailing what was required for retirement visa so that is why i asked the question i will include the link here

    http://www.pattayacityexpatsclub.com/expats/docs/retirementvisachecklist.pdf

" If using your Embassy Letter certifying income, it will need to have a stamp from the Department of Consular Affairs, which is located in Bangkok (this is a new requirement reported as of the end of March 2016 – you may wish to check with Pattaya Immigration to see if it still being required before making a trip to Bangkok to get it)."
