    Is the Major Hollywood location ok for 90 day check ins ?

    I got there at 3:30 and door was open but no one there ? I asked someone who works copy machine outside and he said they close at 4:00 . Ok , guess I should know NEVER go anywhere and arrive close to closing but 4:30 seems to be the usual cut off times at places like this . Looked for schedule on net but did not find and hesitated to start new thread but now I will so others will have info I would have been helped by . Decided not to mail in after all the feedback I got about it not being a sure thing and having to give up original check in date paper.

    I buy everything I juice at Klong Toey and then soak it in water when I bring home . Many times get things right off the trucks when they arrive and not sure how much pesticides it has but always look for the produce with the most holes from bugs and things in hopes not to much was used and stay clear of what's called the dirty dozen .post-202056-14170247485444_thumb.jpg

    Big difference between juiced vegetables and whole vegetables is digestion. According to the Living and Raw Foods website, juicing removes the indigestible fiber that is present in vegetables. Much more of the nutrients are then absorbed by the body as compared to eating the same whole vegetable. Eating vegetables still good for fiber but juicing and drinking in addition gets much micro nutrients than eating . Also one can drink the juice from many pounds of vegetables at a sitting they could never eat that is turned into let's say a 32 ounce serving of green juice .     If I sent today on 21 will it be ok as the check in date in 90 day is 27 ? I am in Bangkok and don't think it should take more than a few days and one has a week window on both sides of due date that is the 27th . Just ask because I read stories how some peoples request go unchecked when sent in and remember never getting anything back last time I sent in but I did forget to include original 90 day slip and sent copy ? Actually the Major Hollywood Suksawat location looks close to Lumpini park where I am and may be better choice thanks Ubonjoe , I thought those alternative locations were just during protest but possibly for just doing 90 day they are ok ?Thanks again to all those who replied

    I see the 87 form below on government website but not the 47 ?

    They look similar but not sure if it's the same or where to download the correct TM 47 form that I read should be accompanied by

    photocopy of the photo page of your passport.

    – 1 photocopy of the page containing your most recent entry visa.

    – The original of your most recent 90-day registration receipt.

    – The original of your new 90-day; registration receipt. Don’t forget to sign it!

    – A stamped, self-addressed envelope to receive your new receipt.

    I have 7 more days until check in and wanted to mail today so it gets there in time .

    Did this before but never got anything back as I did not include the original of your most recent 90-day registration receipt instead sent copy ( this was a no no they said )

    Thanks to all who have participated in this thread and I pray your girlfriends mom gets better soon soon . This thread is real wake up call to the things I not let myself see in this country as I make my trips to private hospitals missing the real Thailand I guess . As I walk around seeing luxury cars with 380% luxury tax scattering the streets and right next to them busses filled with sad faces of hard working people paid so little I become numb to the contrast then read this thread . I really have no words but to say the actual Dr.'s must be dealing with very real resource imitations and schedules of being overworked and feel much compassion for their situation .

    Was going over there this week to look into this also look into one-piece zirconia implant . I use BIDC but want to see if Silom really has dedicated part of their practice to this trend . Reading so much about titanium implants and see one-piece zirconia implant may be safer and Silom has been using them where other dental clinics don't advertise them . Will report back about what I learn . I met the lady who owns the establishment when I moved to Bangkok and she was very helpful so hope I can speak with her again.

    Where is top store to find boot water repellent and dirt protection product for suede ?

    I went to Lotus and showed them boots I was looking to protect from scuffs & waterproof before wearing post-202056-14131880371767_thumb.jpgbut they said the famous Thai line when one is looking for something " No Have "

    Any good suggestions for a spray on product ? The great store Tank that sells boots does not have many products to protect . I remember shoe repair guy telling me long time ago when I had some similar boots cleaned he said ," if you treat leather before you wear then it's easier for him to clean after they get soiled . In the states I would go to a little store called WallMart so here I went to Lotus I thought was similar but no luck ? Thanks in advance for any help !
