Agreed, but suggest doing so at a District Office rather than at a Tessabahn office, which is generally very small with limited capability.
Appreciated thanks

Hi,
For over 20 years I have been filing my pnd91 in a Bangkok tax office
Now I have retired and have moved to Bang Saray in Chonburi province.
Can I file my tax return in any office here in Chonburi or are there any odd rules about where your employer was etc?
Many thanks

I've seen the scene.
First, there is no footpath there as she claimed.
She had to drive over a high curb, then drive 10m across sand, over another high curb before dropping 3m vertically to the beach and then carry on into the sea.
Many opportunities to brake
Her story has no credibility

The TTAA is absolutely correct in their opinion. This will cause significant impact to tourist levels and be very offputting to the younger visitors who may well choose Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia as cheaper alternatives.
This is another example of one gov department looking to cash in on an increasing wave of tourism returning to the country, and in doing so potentially eliminating the wave,.

Gosh, very sad. His knowledge of the subjects he moderated was superb and always well advised. He certainly helped me with some very nuanced or tricky scenarios.
RIP Joe and thank you for your service to the community.

Without question that is called an engine surge. Can be caused by a number of reasons. The way to halt it is to retard the thrust, but in takeoff procedure, that is not what you want to do. So as long as they are below V1 speed they must abort. Not a tire.

No you cannot pick it up from immigration.
Wait for further advice.
Bottom line is what address does immigration currently have for you on file.
Bit off topic to your question but I live in Bangkok and when I purchased my second hand car it had Nonthaburi plates and "my car guy" had them replaces with Bangkok plates (simple process)
My understanding is that the purchaser organizers that.
Hi,
One more thing I hope you can advise. In BKK I do not rent. No landlord. I am married and my wife is property owner. I was expecting to use Thabien Baan and my marriage certificate/registration as evidence of residence. I have a Non-O for marriage in BKK and 90d in BKK. I hope this works

I agree.
A condition of obtaining a residence certificate at CW is that you have been doing your 90 day reports at CW.
You are probably aware that immigration post the residence certificate to your address on file and can take 2 weeks but more likely one.
Cost 200baht.
Think this is your best option.
Thanks. I was not aware that the residence cert is posted to address. I cannot pick up in person? I have obtained from Jomtien in the past in person actually when buying a motorcycle, But in this case I am kinda concerned because it is related to selling a car for a large sum of money and don't want it it fall apart

OP where have you been doing your 90 day report and what address do you have with immigration.
Bangkok?
Hi DrJack. I have been doing my 90d in BKK as until recently I have been working and living in BKK.
I (or my wife) has a BKK property but I also have properties (in my name) in Chonburi.
I am thinking maybe the least risk is to get letter from CW Imm.
-
I need a Certificate of Residence Letter in order to sell a car registered in my name. The car was registered in Bangkok and my 90 day reporting is in Bangkok CW.
However I have just retired to Sattahip in Chonburi Immigration, where I also have a property in my name, and also where the car will be sold to.
I am being told, the Cert of Residence Letter must come from the same place you do your 90day reporting. I don't want to spend 5 hours queuing in Jomtien Immigration only to find out cannot be done.
Can anyone shed any light on this?

If re reentered Thailand with reentry permit OR on same visa that he had previously then no need to do a TM30.
Great - thanks for quick response. That makes sense to me too.

Hi,
I have a tenant staying in my property in Chonburi province. We did his TM30 registration shortly after he moved in. He left for country for Christmas and New Year period and has returned to my property.
He has been told that we need to do TM30 again. Is that true? If he has gone to a different property/hotel then yes for sure, but in this case?

Encouraging words, but I would welcome clarity on *how* they identify foreigners 'residing' in Thailand. I hope that doesn't mean people with PR. Will it be those on a non-O, non-OA, non-B, taxpayers etc...

Hi,
My 5yr driving licence has expired.
In previous years, work permit was fine as proof of presence in Thailand.
Receng work permits no longer show a workplace address, just a province name.
I am hearing DLT offices are now requiring a certificate of residence from immigration to renew licence.
Can I get confirmation or denial on that?
I can do in bkk or Chonburi and would appreciate and experience recently

That was changed in 2008 when a new nationality act went into effect.
If married to a Thai you do not have to have PR before applying for Thai nationality.
Understand - thanks Ubonjoe - you are a star and great source of credible info

Taking a break between jobs could be a problem to meet the 3 consecutive years requirement.
You could also apply for Thai nationality if you can meet the requirements for PR since you are married to a Thai.
Can nationality be applied for independently of having PR? I thought normal process was PR first then nationality can follow.
I have been married for 12 years here (officially registered)
-
Thanks @ubonjoe. I had a feeling this report was misinformed. I have been working here 25 years (and paying taxes), but with a variety of jobs. In the last 5 years actually changed jobs twice, but taking 3-4 weeks break between each. Do you think that would be a problem ?
-
I was told it is possible to get permanent residency based on tenure of marriage, as opposed to tenure of business (working here).
I thought previously there was one set of requirements for applying for PR, and just the fact you are married just halved the application fee, so this is news to me.
Can I get some clarification - thanks

Hi, am thinking of a some domestic travel to Phuket - probably Nai Yaang beach - as prices are so attractive right now.
What is the status of the little mom n pop restaurants and bars in Nai Yaang or other beaches - are they open?
Obviously things are much quieter than normal.
Are there any restrictions on travelling from other provinces?

I wish the section to Baan Amphoe (near Ocean Marina) would hurry up and open. Currently it says September with no actual date.
File pnd91 in any tax office?

Thanks. I have done efiling in the past but the issue is you do not get the physical yellow receipt slip. I found other gov departments do not accept an efiling receipt, only the yellow slip as evidence of tax filing.
