While the idea of having sex with another male makes puke, it is none of my business if others resort to perversions to get off. But marriage is a limit I don't want to be crossed, as it involves an innocent third party: children.
“I had no homophobic sentiment”…...and then continue with a hideous homophobic rant. Case closed.

Genuine question as I've never seen the point in getting married (unless there are kids involved) & am yet to hear an argument to convince me otherwise (A Marriage certificate doesn't prove you love somebody or guarantee you won't leave them & there are other/better ways to protect them when it comes to leaving them your assets).
It will be interesting to see how this is implemented from an immigration point of view and whether the unions will be treated the same as Thai Male-2-Foreign Female or Thai Female-2-Foreign Male, hopefully which ever way it goes it will lead to a debate on having more equality in Thai/Foreigner Hetro marriages...
Prior to equal marriage a same sex partner was not considered next of kin. Families of someone dying in hospital could legally exclude one partner from visiting a terminally ill partner.

Diverting from the equal marriage topic seemed to be ok when you did it.

It’s not the vagina that makes me sick….

Seems to be a bit of an obsession for you. I won’t ask which side is your preference, that makes me feel a bit sick.

In theory it’s excellent news, in practice we have to wait and see.

For £ and € the default on my app the default is manual bank transfer with no additional fee but for $US the default is wire transfer with a fee.

How on earth do you handle the social stigma of THAT admission? The admin of a FB group?
I just don’t read the hate mail anymore.

Speaking as an admin on a FB group of 26k members, you were rightly booted out. Admins do a tough job keeping a group running, I put in hours a day. Admins don’t get paid, rarely get thanks or recognition but frequently have tell people who usually already know, why they’ve been suspended. The last thing an admin needs is a smartarse having a go at them. If the group was that boring why did you stay?

I had no idea that UK airports were in Asia and should’ve been included in this list.

Caution is definitely the way to go. Be very careful and you’ll be ok. There are scammers galore but genuine sellers too. I’ve bought and sold on marketplace but not in Thailand.
-
Never pay with cash for large purchases. If things go wrong there’s no trail once you’ve taken the cash out of your account.

Since this case I no longer review any hotels in Thailand good or bad. I used to review every hotel I stayed in.

Most of what’s on eBay is also on Lazada and shopee at much cheaper prices so I seldom buy on eBay. There are so many scammers on eBay these days (speaking from experience) that I rarely sell anything anymore. My last attempt at selling a high value watch had 3 different scammers trying to get it.

Alarmists seem to all suffer from short memories, restricted to last 30 years, or at best a few hundred years. Almost every time I research a claim of unprecedented heat or flood level, I find it is not true. The world may be slowly warming, but most of the rest is unproven, alarmist and often poorly modeled, if you look at some of the outrageous predictions over the last few decades.
The end of the world is nigh has a limited time frame, as previous doomsday cultists have found. And many people are tiring of them this time around.Like I said…..

also use indicators while driving,
One of my Thai friends said I shouldn’t indicate because the other drivers will know what you’re doing and try to stop you. She was absolutely right, that’s just what they childishly do, but I don’t follow her advice.

World leaders in killing themselves and others with their adeptness at driving, but these guys are too dangerous.

Good luck trying to negotiate with a Taxi in Sukhumvit late at night then... You'll find out quickly enough what the facts are and who the 'fool is'...
Just becasue you can get metered taxis in a lot of area's of Bangkok, you still can't get a metered taxi in some areas... so your statement below is wrong...
Not wrong at all. But it’s a pointless argument for me. That area at night time, it’s for you not me. As for other more normal areas, I have experienced taxis that refuse to use their meter, fine I can wait for one that will, or Grab, or Bolt.
