Hi all, any useful advice on how to apply for a green book for an old but loved Honda Dream? Bought her from another farang with no green book. Living on an island and very rare to be stopped, but would rather be legal.

I just got a retirement visa. An agent in Bangkok told me he can get my 90 day reporting done for me (for a fee of course). He said I don't need to give him my passport, as Immigration will produce a stamped slip of paper with the address notification and dates on - which I staple inside my passport. So no stamp in passport each 90 days, just a slip of paper.

Makes sense not to get the passport filled up with stamps if you're living here, but is it legit? Any help gratefully appreciated.

Yes VBF, the latest 'crackdown' was the context in which I asked my question. Post crackdown, has anyone heard of people being refused back to back visas?

I'm a UK citizen, arrived in Thailand from UK in Feb 2014 on a single entry tourist visa. When that expired I immediately got a double entry tourist visa from Vientiane. This expires in the middle of November and I'd like to apply immediately for a single entry tourist visa (ideally from Vientiane), to last me through to February.

Does anyone know if this - 3 back to back tourist visas for a UK citizen - is possible? if not, does anyone know how long I must be out of Thailand, in order to apply for another tourist visa? Thanks!
