Has anyone been to this recently? Thinking about going on the weekend, but wondering if it will be packed with people. -

What cable for this port?
up-country_sinclair replied to up-country_sinclair's topic in IT and Computers
Because it's a one terabyte drive, and I'd like to see what's on it. No luck in that regard. Do you think it will be challenging to find one? -
What cable for this port?
up-country_sinclair replied to up-country_sinclair's topic in IT and Computers
Thanks very much. -
Hi, I found my old Acer external hard drive (2010?) while sorting through boxes, but the cables seem to have disappeared. The power adapter should be easy enough to source, but I'm not familiar with the USB adapter. It looks like something you would see on a printer. It would be really helpful to know what this type of port is called so that I can search for a cable. Thanks very much. ????

How will cannabis be impacted if the polls are correct and Paetongtarn Shinawatra becomes the next PM? I've read that she intends to end recreational sales, but I wonder how realistic that is.

Can Non O visa be issued in Thailand
up-country_sinclair replied to Tmoney's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
The Non-O marriage pdf in this link indicates that you need to present those awkward photos in/outside the house and also the house registration & map. In my past experience, these items were only required once the extension was submitted 90 days after the visa was approved. Am I reading this wrong? Thanks again for your help, ubonjoe. -

Also, can this be done after being issued a 30 day extension to a visa exempt entry? Thanks very much! -

By any chance do you know if they issue them in Krabi? -
Can Non O visa be issued in Thailand
up-country_sinclair replied to Tmoney's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Thanks for your reply. So, I would apply for the Non-O and get 90 days and then would apply for an extension of stay, right? If someone didn't apply for the extension, is there a limit on how many in country Non-O visas a person can apply for in a year? -
Can Non O visa be issued in Thailand
up-country_sinclair replied to Tmoney's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Is this a new development? I thought you always had to apply for a non-O outside of Thailand and then do the extension of stay inside Thailand. And just to clarify, a visa exempt is people who get 30 days based on their passport, for example, US, UK, EU, etc... -
Can anyone recommend a doctor at Bumrungrad to do a colonoscopy? Apparently it is possible to choose your doctor for this promotion.
-
I spoke with the hospital about the type of anaesthesia / sedation they use, and they said, " normal cases with pethidine or dormicum and sensitive cases with propofol". ????♂️
-
Will patients be unconscious with this?
-
Anaesthesia for a colonoscopy? I'd much prefer sedation.
-
Routine. Yes. Does anyone have recommendations for hospitals to have this procedure done?
-
I'm overdue for a colonoscopy, and plan on having it done next month in Bangkok. The hospital I'm looking at has the following terms and conditions for their colonoscopy package, and I'd like to know if there are any red flags. Package includes doctor’s fee for the endoscopic screening, OPD Facility and Nursing services Package excludes costs and fees for doctor’s consultation and any further tests, treatments, or medications recommended by the doctor based on test results Doctors will be assigned; patients may not request a specific doctor Thanks. ????

Importing a Dog into Thailand

So, we got the import permit from the Thai government today and attached to the email was a list of requirements for the "Official Health Certificate". Problem solved.
