  1. Your proof of your flight to Thailand MUST be from your home country not Cambodia ETC. Trying to get it via Evisa online application system will result in being DENIED.
  2. And Jomtien Immigration ONLY will accept application for the 30 days extension of stay during the 7 days prior to your current ending date of your stay. A TM 30 is REQUIRED
  3. It's a common found practice for both Delta Airlines and Korean Airlines to Ask for proof of your flight departing Thailand within the first 59 days of your arrival into Thailand. I fly Delta Airlines and Korean Airlines to Thailand OFTEN. Other airlines are asking for the same proof. IF you are in the Delta SkyMiles program, just use 22,500 miles and book a One Way ticket to SGN Saigon..Ho Chi Minh City. Book it and then cancel the booking online. No $$$ paid ticket needed.
  4. An average of 80 persons each day at BKK Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Mueang airport are DENIED entry into Thailand.
  5. The one year multiple entry Non O Visa as Married to Thai NEVER was on the website... All you needed to do was write 5000 Thai baht One year Non O...on the top of the application and they issued it. Otherwise they would issue only a 90 day Non O Visa as Married to Thai.
  6. YES you can get a 60 Day family visit extension of stay at your local Thai Immigration office for 1900 Thai baht. Ask your local Thai Immigration office for their list of requirements.
  7. Obviously you are not aware of the Thai Visas issued by Savannakhet. The Non O multi-entry Visa as Married to Thai has been a special situation at Savannakhet with no proof of 400,000 Thai banked money in your Thai bank account.
  8. Yep đź‘Ť along with the usual home visit and pictures of the two of you. And interviews of your neighbors.
  9. Don't do it ...you will surely be DENIED entry into Thailand upon arrival... even with a re-entry permit and the Ed Visa. You will be on Thai Immigration radar with that fraudulently acquired Ed Visa.
  10. She lost the Electoral College vote... Which elects the President
  11. A fella with a similar situation as yours had asked on Thai Visa Advice yesterday and was provided helpful advice. We wish you success. https://www.facebook.com/groups/thaivisaadvice/permalink/3772655923058249/?mibextid=Nif5oz
  12. AND while you are correct , the medical tourist visa MUST be obtained from your home country Thai Embassy or Consulate.
  13. You're drinking the Kool Aide of Socialist leftists seeking to keep Trump from being elected President again.
  14. I highly recommend the Bangkok Hospital Pattaya executive heart physical. ASK for Dr Piya, Cardiologist to meet you, order tests to be done including echocardiogram and sonogram of the abdomen. ALL done in One Morning with results reviewed by Dr Piya before noon, in English and given to you to take with you. He has saved my life with discovery of artery blockages twice in past 18 years.
  15. The Thai Consulate in Vientiane are strict now and you need to submit the requirements for the tourist visa as stated on their website. However as your recent history of staying in Thailand long time... and the fact that you have already used your 2 land border entries into Thailand this calendar year, you need to prepare for your application for the tourist visa be DENIED .. and IF that happens what NEXT? You stated in a recent reply... "Hmmm, my history has been back-to-back since 7 December 2022. Already done 2 land-border crossings as well. This is my first application for a 60-day visa though, the rest were fly-ins/exempt. I also just noticed that they have changed the processing times to 3 days. I remember it always being a 2-day affair. " There have been reports of those who seek the Thai tourist visa be denied for already having been in Thailand with various visas and extensions, including COVID extensions. Good Luck ????
  16. Whether you like it or not... you are required to have the health insurance policy for the entire time you have the OX Visa in your passport. It's NOT ???? a...I choose to have it when I am in Thailand. The visa requirements say that you must have the health insurance for the OX Visa. Period.
  17. Are you married to a Lady? What kind of Thai Visa do you now have? Will your wife be obtaining the Non O Visa as trailing spouse of your Non O Visa as retiree? Or will your partner get the Non O as Guardian of the child?
  18. For what purpose before did your PARTNER get the Non O Visa? You say PARTNER...are Man and Lady? What passport nation is your PARTNER? The child can get the Ed Visa...as before. BUT ONLY ONE GUARDIAN VISA id ls available per child. To go get the ONE GUARDIAN VISA, a deposit of 500,000 Thai baht no needs to be made in a Thai bank in the name of the one parent obtaining the Guardian Visa. As for the second parent... that's going to be a challenge. Possibly consider getting a job teaching in Thailand... which will get you One Non B Visa for the teacher and POSSIBLY a Non O Visa for the other spouse if the school employer agrees. Or enroll in a legitimate school for the Ed Visa for One year. With possibility of two years. Chiang Mai University School of Thai language is an excellent option. DO NOT ???? pay under the table for an illegally obtained Ed Visa or Volunteer Visa . They are the scourge of all who have them with ongoing crackdown underway by Thai Immigration Officers
