I should have said in Bangkok
Bangkok is a faild city. The traffic, the unhealthy air, the corruption, and now this Covid 19.
I think, and hope, that after the Covid19 catastroph, decentralisation will be the new norm in the world.

Standby for further restrictions to come to Chonburi and the surrounding cities such as Pattaya. Stay safe to those that live in those communities.
Yes. Lock down some factories and workerscamps, not the whole province

Why would it matter, are you trying to make a point. Cases are cases.
Yes, for my daily life it matters.
If , for example, near every new case is in workers camps, I can continue most of my normal life in Pattaya city.

1. No wonder they can't be bothered turning up at 6000/month (and possibly move into bar work)
2. No wonder CP are filthy rich.
Agree,
but this 19 years old girls never had so much money before .
Think CP then choose the best of them, educate them, and then their sallaray is 12.ooo per month.

The manager of a local 7/11 was complaining about her staff, i asked why do you employ so many staff (10)..
she said, i employ 10 because you never know from day to day how many will turn up for work everyday, usually 5, to ensure you have enough staff daily you must employ double
I know some girls in my village working for SevenEleven. They have 6000 baht per month for full time work 10 hours per day.

"The outbreak began in the capital Bangkok and has spread across the country".
What else was to be expected when the powers that be allowed all and anyone to travel to wherever over Songkran?
Its like putting a rabid dog in a nursery school and hoping the kids don't get bitten.
The clowns convention is and on going everyday event in here.
I read that a million people left Bangkok for Songkran holiday with families in the country.
But if all of them stayed in Bangkok, I think Thailand have more infected today.
Bangkok supermarkets, malls and restaurants are more risky about the virus spreading than the villagelife in the country.

i'm not sure who to believe. either the chinesers are shopping in richy-rich businesses laundering their loot, or spending absolutely nothing on zero baht tours other than mama noodles at 7-11. but then we're told they're coming to buy up all the condos and businesses. it's so confusing.
The zero baht groups in the busses are workers and spend very little.
The richer chineese travel individual and spend much more in Thailand,
including buying condos and businesses.

So people who are financial nit wits leaving huge amounts of money in bank accounts earning no money coming from a country with high covid19 rates are more welcome in Thailand than people who have retirement Visas but spend money in Thailand with the smaller Thai businesses.
Yes, the money is for Covid19 treatment in Thailand

So, you agree, in Thailand, Money Number One.
If you can't "go back up country" with anything to "share" than don't go, because you are only welcome if you have something to "share." Is that right?
No.
Many people in the country have a life with very little money.
But Thailand have a very good nature with loots of food for free.
To make food, they grow up chickens and ducks, fishing, pick snails, frogs, snakes, mushrooms, bamboo, coconuts, banana, many different fruits, berries, blades and roots etc.
If you are not too lazy, you will survive in the country in Thailand.

Stupid noise everywhere at any time for any reasons! It is just F loud no matter what it is where it is, even the school here, start in the morning with loud music, and even Im 500m away, it is still annoying. The same with the village chiefs, and we are in the middle of two villages, and as two temples, and both of them is more than 500m, we still hear them very well. Weddings, funerals, or any other parties, jeezzz,
and it goes on for days up to a week, or at least 6 days.
