    1. Letter from bank same day or day before stating bank records, make a transaction just before to get it up to date.

    2. Bank account must be in Husbands name, with 400k in the bank for 3 months (only 2 months for the first one)

All of the above in two copies

  2. The OP loves his girlfriend. Not easy to just walk away and change his phone number.

As we or most know in the long run it might be the best thing to do, but, he will not do this. If he did it would last 2 days.

Stay with her and love her. What might happen is she will love you more then drugs, or, you will get sick of all that is going on and fall out of love with her. Then

it will be easy to leave.

Stick close to her and show her you care. I wish you good luck.

  3. Wish to buy a nice gift for a friends 9 going on 10 year old daughter.

For you married women/men with young children here in Thailand what do

think would be a nice gift. Under B2000

A good friend mentioned a Barbie doll with different outfits.

Someone else mentioned a Hello Kitty Sewing machine.

    Thanks for your help.

  4. Hello, moved to a now locating and the house has no Aircon.

Has anyone here every bought or used a portable air conditioner for the bedroom or anyroom?

We rent and really do not want to install a aircon like one would if they were owners.

If so, how well does it work?

    Thanks in advance.

Take NCA buss from Chiang Mai to Rayong. Debark at Chon Buri. VIP service about 800 baht. 11 hour trip. NCA station at the Arcade bus station.

Sounds good GL, but, what to do with the bicycle up to CB. Take it on the bus? I did not want to take it apart. Nice thing about the train is it is loaded all togahter and ready to roll.

Would not mind getting off the train even if I was only a 100k from CB.

  6. Well, I want to visit some friends in Chon Buri. I live in Chiang Mai. Liked to coordinate a trip

where I can take my touring bicycle. Like to take the train, (because one can leave the bike intact) or bus and get off as close to Chon Buri as

possible ride to their home, (yes no train stations in CB) visit a few days then ride the bicycle back to CM. All can be done but getting to

Chon Buri is what I am trying to figure out with my bicycle. Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance

  7. As far as the decor/design in some Southern California some cities would make fast food establishments build to blend with the over all code of the city. Such as in Santa Barbara where the code in one neighborhood was mission style painted Padra Brown. McDonalds built in the mission style. No Arches and was Padra brown.

Maybe Mcdonalds could blend in here in CM and make one look like a shop house with whitewash and black mold.

  8. Has anyone on TV or do you know anyone who has visited a inmate at the women's prison in Chiang Mai.

Here's the scoop. A girl I know (yes a bar girl) was caught with a few yaba pills and received 5 years.

Not sure how much they end up doing time wise but 5 years is a long time. Also read a nice actical

on that prison as far as prisons go.

Now before anyone says she should rot in jail or whatever, and yes maybe she got what she deserved I'd

still if possible like to visit her if possible. I like her as a person and if I can make her life even a tad easier I would like to.

Wonder if you can buy them things at the jail store?

Plus I need to get her legal name which is possible.

Thanks guys any help would be appreciated.

ps, yes she is Thai and I am a falong.

  9. and some folks are rude as heck too.

Living in Mai Rim it's nice a quite but anytime I go to CM the noise is a little to much.

I visit a close disabled friend in CM. He stays up nights and sleeps during the day. But occasionally he invites me over for lunch.

Every time there is a tenant that does his best to set off a car alarm with his motorbike. You can hear his bike 9 floors up and when he gets to the car with the alarm he gives it a little more gas to set off the alarm. Every day my friend has to go though this it's so sad. I'm not there

when the motorcycles returns but my friends says "he will fall off his MC and need to sleep too" I guess my disabled friend means his Karma is

on the way. Sad really we should all pay extra respect to the disabled. You never know who you are disturbing.

  10. Krabi experts...

Partner and I are heading to Krabi next week for a mini vacation and to check around some.

Have airline tickets in hand but since neither of have us have ever been to your lovely area we have

no idea where to stay. Any suggestions would be great. Price 1k to 2k baht if possible per night. We will rent a motorcycle while we are there.

I'll bring my fins and scuba mask.:)

Also, any must sees? We will be there for one week.

    Thanks ladies and gentleman.
