Every expat in my local area goes to the immigration office for 90 day reporting. Nobody seems to trust the online system but I can't imagine why...

Why not give 10K baht to the police so they will do their job. If the police knew they would get 10K for actually practicing law enforcement, traffic violations would be dramatically reduced.

Offering 10K to the general public is basically outsourcing law enforcement and encouraging anyone with a cell phone to rat on their fellow citizens. 

It also sounds like another devious plan by the RTP to avoid doing police work.

Thai drivers go as fast as they want whenever they want. Dictating a new speed limit may work on a few toll roads around Bangkok but doesn't mean anything to the rest of Thailand.
