I don't fear death, just hope it's quick, I used to work for the ambulance service, and some of the patients, had the worst quality of life, but they would cling on desperately for each extra day

For me I am more concerned about health expectancy, more than life expectancy, I wouldn't want to live to be 90, if the last 20 years of my life, I am unable to care for myself. I spent time in the ambulance service, and some people's quality of life was so bad, but they fought for every last breath ????

I bought myself a Pearlescent purple TVR Tuscan, only kept it for 6 months, and traded it for a much more reliable Porsche. I did similar with a gogo dancer ????

I drove from Pattaya to kon kaen a week ago, (red to yellow zone) there were no checks, it's meant to be 14 day home quarantine, but it's not being enforced, and everyone in the village is very relaxed about it, we had 1 temperature check, and gave details of where we had come from.

David Cameron did something similar, he left his 8 year old daughter in the pub, and didn't realize until he got home, it could happen to anyone ????

I was in the UK from last March, until January, working for the Ambulance service, I met dozens of people with Covid, and one of my colleagues nearly died from it.

I have a underlying condition (pulmonary sarcoidosis) and was told when in the UK to isolate as I am high risk. I am living in Pattaya on a retirement extension, how do I register at a local hospital?

As covid tests are free in the UK, I decided to get 21 test kits sent to me in Pattaya. I just had a phone call from customs at suvarnabhumi, and was told they are not allowed into Thailand, and will be destroyed ????. I guess they don't want me to test at home. So now unless I get severe symptoms I won't be going anywhere for a test.
I wonder if it's a financial thing?

I am getting 21 tests kits sent to me from the UK, I don't suppose they would let me test myself at the airport?

9th January, as long as I can get to Heathrow, which will probably still be in tier 4

Does anyone know if photos of marriage certificate ect can be used, and if so would a signature be required

I decided not to take a risk, and flew back to UK a week early, then found out my original flight with Singapore Airlines was cancelled. They offered me a flight voucher. When I got Home I emailed Singapore Airlines, and told them I had no intention of flying during the next 12 months, and if I didn't get my money returned in 10 days I would claim it through my credit card. I got a full refund within 4 days ????

I would be very surprised if you can travel to Thailand in May, I am hoping to go back mid October, and am not confident.

I think I will just use a old phone, which I have deleted all my information ect, No way I will put the app on my every day phone

When I come back to Thailand via Singapore, will I have to self quarantine? And does that mean that my wife who has not left Thailand will have to self quarantine as well, or can we just use separate rooms for 14 days????

When I flew into suvarnabhumi a couple of weeks ago, the glass on the fingerprint scanner was filthy, I had my own hand cleanser, and used it straight away. I think I would have washed my hands even if there was no virus

I would go and visit my old, well off parents, and give them lots of kisses ????????

Not all post offices sell them, I had to drive 30 miles to get mine as that was the nearest town in Essex, but it's worth getting one, as in pattaya the police won't accept, just a normal licence.

I am flying to England at the end of March, with Singapore Airlines, just been informed my flight to Singapore from suvarnabhumi has been cancelled, but a earlier flight is available, with a 4 hour stop over in Changi. I am not too worried about the virus, but I am flying to house sit, for people that have 2 weeks holiday in Spain, so anything could happen before I travel, maybe even a self imposed quarantine in their house in Suffolk, I guess its just wait and see, and fingers crossed ????????

I would doubt if the police are in any way interesting in your wife or anyone in the phone only in what crime he has committed.
That's what I told her, its hardly crime of the century

My wife has been doing the dark lottery for years, 2 weeks ago she had a win???? but the guy who should have paid her 20k has gone missing, as the police are after him..... and have his phone,
My wife is worried that the police will check his phone and find messages from her, and that she will be in trouble with the police.
I think he has just done a runner the first time he lost money, and I told her to forget it.
She thinks the police will be coming round and arrest her and seems really worried about it.
Does anyone know what fine she could get if the police were involved?
Thanks????

She was pronounced dead 30 minutes after getting to the hospital, it's possible she drowned, and didn't regain consciousness, even though they tried to revive her
