  1. With that pen name, I’d have never guessed you own a pitbull.
  2. Your trivialising of this matter speaks volumes about your character, and none of it is good.
  3. One of my closest friends is named John Smith. Black as the ace of spades! Go figure Joe.
  4. I would appreciate any upto date info on the Ranong border run. Procedure, cost, timings etc. I did it a few years ago and remember payment had to be in US$, is this still the case! Thanks.
  5. We are renting a condo for 3 months, the owner is in Sweden so no TM30. We can produce a Property Rental Agreement and the person who looks after the property in their absence will sign as their agent. We will have to apply for a 30 day extension early March as our return flight is booked for 31st March. We will be applying at the Blueport IO in Hua Hin. Is there likely to be any issues? Would prefer not to have to go through the hassle of a border run.
  6. Apologists like you are the problem. I don’t care if it’s 20 years, your beasts only need to get out once and someone dies - you’re content to live with that? There is no reason for these dogs to exist they serve no positive purpose to humanity other than to feed the ego of pathetic losers.
  7. As a proud Englishman my heart swells with pride when I see one of our finest standing up to Johnny Foreigner. On the terraces of Millwall he would be lauded as a true hero!
  8. USA is sleepwalking into a death spiral by following this pathetic, pouting dime store Mussolini.
  9. Surely the whole point of Evisa is that it’s paperless and should have been accepted when your passport was scanned. I guess the IO simply picked up the wrong stamp. But good advice to check stamp before leaving the booth, it hadn’t occurred to me.
  10. I’m coming to Thailand on a 60 day TV. Intend applying for 30 day extension at the end of February at Hua Hin IO. In my 12 previous stays of privately renting houses I’ve never been given a TM30. Will I need one for the extension application and how do I ensure my landlord supplies me with one? Previous stays were with 90 day visa so there was no need to visit IO. Thanks for advice.
  11. If I was a Chinese tourist the last place I’d visit is somewhere swarming with Chinese cops. Shame they’ve backtracked on the idea.
  12. But as I posted it is not shown as one of the options.
  13. My recent TV application showed a stay of 87 days but it was approved without any problem.
  14. Quick update the visa approval came back the following week.
  15. I must confess I’m confused because on the Thaivisa.go.th website, which facilitates the online application process, there is no mention of a 90 day non imm O visa for retired people, only visiting family & friends plus a number of other categories (medical, voluntary work etc.). Pre-covid I had always travelled on a non imm O visa but that doesn’t appear to be an option either by omission (probable, Thai websites aren’t the most user friendly )or has policy changed?
