Too good for him! By God he should be peeled alive and have salt rubbed into his raw flesh every day for 500 years, if not longer and it should be carried out for at least 10 years after he dies.

They should send Thai special forces, led by Anutin to Switzerland to round up every member of his family, bring them to Thailand and hold a show trial in the same format as the Israeli's did with Adolf Eichmann, then hang all of his family including any pets that they own.

Just remember though - John - 8-7-11 " He lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone"

Your trivialising of this matter speaks volumes about your character, and none of it is good.

  2. We are renting a condo for 3 months, the owner is in Sweden so no TM30. We can produce a Property Rental Agreement and the person who looks after the property in their absence will sign as their agent. We will have to apply for a 30 day extension early March as our return flight is booked for 31st March. We will be applying at the Blueport IO in Hua Hin. Is there likely to be any issues? Would prefer not to have to go through the hassle of a border run.

  3. I’m coming to Thailand on a 60 day TV. Intend applying for 30 day extension at the end of February at Hua Hin IO. In my 12 previous stays of privately renting houses  I’ve never been given a TM30. Will I need one for the extension application and how do I ensure my landlord supplies me with one? Previous stays were with 90 day visa so there was no need to visit IO. Thanks for advice.

  4. I must confess I’m confused because on the Thaivisa.go.th website, which facilitates the online application process, there is no mention of a 90 day non imm O visa for retired people, only visiting family & friends plus a number of other categories (medical, voluntary work etc.).
Pre-covid I had always travelled on a non imm O visa but that doesn’t appear to be an option either by omission (probable, Thai websites aren’t the most user friendly

    )or has policy changed?

    Some fields you can skip.

The one you mention is one example

Since when is non O visa not issued.

What was the non O based on previously?

I can’t see any way to skip this field, the website simply does not let me continue to payment page unless I populate that section.
Previously I obtained the non-imm O 90 day visa based on retirement. This is no longer an option.

  7. I am trying to apply for a single entry tourist visa online but am stalling on one of the support documents which asks for - “identity of person inviting you to stay. e.g. Thai ID card, passport”. This seems illogical for a tourist visa and the website refuses to allow me to continue without downloading this doc. We’ve been staying for 3 months every winter since 2010 previuosly on the non-imm O visa which is no longer issued. Our stay next year will be for 86 days so will get extension at the local I.O. Any suggestions please.
