It seems to me that if you're an expat living in Bangkok, getting vaccinated isn't a problem but if, like me, you live in Isaan, you've got no chance. I've registered with the British Chamber of Commerce; I've registered via ExpatVac and all i've had so far is an email telling me I don't qualify for vaccination because I don't have the correct visa (I have a non-imm O).
