In this post, the reasons given by Charoen Laothamatas for the decline in rice exports were, "the strong baht, higher freight costs and lower domestic supply, caused by drought".
It's good that they are innovating, but perhaps these core issues also need addressing.

You will only be able to open a business bank account if you have a Thai limited company. You need to provide proof of incorporation to the bank during the account opening process.

Dubai is in the UAE. The UAE is on the UK red list. If you visit the UAE within 10 days of entering the UK you will have to stay in a hotel quarantine. This includes transiting a flight.
If your wife is not a UK citizen or she does not have residence rights in the UK then she will not be allowed to enter the UK at all if she attempts to transit in Dubai.

Very few positions in Thailand come with a company car. It's normally a senior management perk. For expats the car often comes with a driver.
If you are a hotel general manager, for example, and the hotel has a fleet of cars to collect guests then you will normally be able to use one of the cars and drivers.
You might want to think about increasing your salary and long-term hiring a car yourself.

I did see a scooter-type electric motorbike advertised in Thailand. It had a removable battery pack. The idea was that when you got home you removed the battery, took it inside your apartment and plugged it in using a standard wall socket.
I could see that type of arrangement being popular in Thailand when the price is at the right point.

Be prepared to receive low offers, as anyone buying everything in one go will be a business and they will need to make a profit.
Alternatively, put the expensive items on Facebook marketplace and let the building cleaners take the rest/pile it up out side for random people from the street to take. It won't take long to disappear.

If the accounts for your limited company are more than 4 months late the penalty for late submission is 12,000 baht.
Payment will normally be made at the DBD and the company will receive a receipt from the DBD which can be entered as a company expense.
Just for information, the fine can be as high as 100,000 baht for late filing should the DBD be unimpressed with the company's conduct.

And herein lays the problem. When you talk about buying a stake in a bar, you need to carefully define what you are buying.
For the prices you have mentioned, you will be buying the business and not the land or building.
If you are buying the business, you need to establish whether you are joining a partnership or whether you are buying shares in a limited company.
If you are buying into a partnership and you only want to own a small portion of the business then either you will have several other partners with equally small investments or you will need a very carefully constructed partnership agreement that allows for unequal cash contributions and an unequal distribution of profits. Either way, this can be very problematic.
If you are buying shares in a limited company then you have to be very aware of the percentage of the shares you are buying and the voting rights that are associated with that percentage.
For example, if you own less than twenty per cent of the shares, you may not on your own require the company to convene a shareholder meeting and you may not influence the passing of any special resolution or ordinary resolution.
This means that you have no control over the passing of a special resolution that increases the capital of the company by the issuance of new shares, otherwise known as share dilution.
In this manner, if you purchased twenty percent of a company's shares, your percentage could be legally diluted to a trivial amount with your knowledge and without your consent. Your dividends would also be diluted to the same trivial percentage and your investment would effectively vanish.
To avoid this scenario you need to own an amount of shares greater than twenty five percent. At this level of ownership you can guarantee against share dilution because a special resolution cannot be passed unless seventy five per cent or more of the shareholders agree, and it requires a special resolution to increase the capital of a limited company.
The problem, of course, is that in most cases the maximum ownership of shares of a Thai limited company by non-Thai citizens is forty nine percent. By owning more than twenty five percent you would own the majority of the non-Thai shares. There is nothing wrong with that if the remaining shares are owned in combination by, for example, a Thai wife and her non-Thai husband as they would jointly own, for example, seventy four percent of the shares and they would still be able to make management decisions.
If, however, there was a silent Thai partner with fifty one percent of the shares, and you with twenty six percent of the shares, the business would end up being run by the third shareholder who owned the smallest percentage at twenty three percent.
Or you could appoint a manager if the majority shareholder agreed.
Whichever way you go, you need to be very well informed of what you are getting into.

For those asking why the people in Narathiwat were not in quarantine, the answer is that they traveled across the border in an out of the way location and didn't declare their entry to Thai authorities.
Parts of the border are extremely porous and there is little dividing the two countries.
A non-Thai would stick out like a sore thumb if they tried to do this, but local people living in border areas know exactly how and when to cross to avoid detection.

Only one entry into one house book at any one time is allowed. Concurrent entry into more than one house book using the same non-Thai ID number is not possible. The government centralised computer system will not allow this to happen.
Only one non-Thai ID number is issued to a non-Thai citizen at any one time. Applying for a second non-Thai ID number for use while still making use of the first non-Thai ID number is going to be viewed very dimly if discovered as it could appear to be a case of lying to a government officer in order to further an identity fraud.
It's the same rule for Thai citizens. Only one entry in one blue book at any one time.
