  1. I've had no trouble getting an evisa on the site I mentioned
  2. Try this site https://evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn/trang-chu-ttdt
  3. What a load of S*$T. Commercial passenger jets Do Not routinely dump fuel before landing. Some need to dump fuel in an emergency to reduce the weight to the maximum allowable landing weight, most wide body long range aircraft have fuel dump systems(A380,A350,A330,B787,B777) Most narrow body, single isle aircraft do not have fuel dump systems Do some more research
  4. You are wrong and have misread the mood of Australian voters. Typical YES comments. The only person to hang his head in shame should be Albanese for pissing $400 million dollars up against the wall for his arrogance in not abandoning the referendum when ALL polls indicated YES would lose badly
  5. I won't be enlightening you about anything. You're such a no it all with an opinion on everything, find out for yourself
  6. Afraid to say KH is WRONG. Then again he nevers admits he is wrong, just deflects the criticism and continues the spin
  7. @KhunHeinekenyou are not prevented from leaving Australia with a HELP/HECS debt. A person with a HELP/HECS debt must inform the ATO within 7 days of leaving the country. If you are earning over the minimum $51550, 2022/2023 tax year you are required to make compulsory payment towards your debt regardless of where you live in the world. The requirements to pay you debt is ongoing (providing you earn over the minimum salary) until the debt is settled. The balance is written of if you die before paying the full amount. https://www.abc.net.au/news/2023-07-03/qld-hecs-help-ex-pats-indexation-university-debt/102427526 https://www.ato.gov.au/Individuals/Study-and-training-support-loans/Overseas-repayments/
  8. This link gives the true picture of Thailand in the rankings, https://www.imd.org/centers/wcc/world-competitiveness-center/rankings/world-talent-ranking/
  9. Potability Legislation, some info here may answer your questions, https://guides.dss.gov.au/social-security-guide/7/1/1/10
  10. No, there are 11 politicians elected to the Australian Parliament today who identify as indigenous so they already have a Voice. No need for a race based 'Voice' to be enshrined in the Australian Constitution as Albo is pushing for on the 14 October 2023 The way the polls are tracking this referendum will fail as most of the past referendums have
  11. @Michael Howellsdid you inform Services Australia that you are married to a Thai who is working in Thailand when you initially applied for the OAP? May be a factor in being denied
  12. That was not the case for my wife(Thai) who had not been a resident for 35 years, only 27 years. She was granted the full pension in mid February this year. She now needs to stay 2 years for her pension to become portable.
  13. In answer to your residency question @Adumbrationyes you can and you will have portability like all other residents who never left the country prior to getting the OAP and departing Australia to retire
  14. From your link @simple1the following link from DSS lists the requirements for portability https://www.dss.gov.au/about-the-department/international/policy/portability-of-australian-income-support-payments
