It is time for Thailand to come to their senses and start charging people with DUI's (Driving Under the Influence ) this covers driving drunk or on drugs. Then the penalty should be a minim of no less that 20,000 baht's and lost of drivers licenses for 6 months for the first offence. Then double the penalty for the second offence. The 3rd time he loses his licenses and car, truck forever.

With only .03% tested there are no one sure of how many cases there are here. Thailand is 2nd from the bottom with education and many who may have it just thinks it is the flu. I also notice the returning to Thailand on Thai Visa from 5 to 10 people daily are testing positive for the virus.

I ordered a item from China the seller did have the item and posted it had been packed. After a week Lazada tracking said the same thing, several days later I checked again, same thing. I contacted Lazada customer service they it was packed and not sent out yet. I contacted the seller he said there was a error with my order. No, I order off Lazada all the time. I canceled the order, ordered from another seller and got the item within a week. I am thinking it is the sellers who is the problem in China not the shippers.

With only ( .03 ) percent tested in Thailand for the virus, I could say no one knows how many cases of the virus are here. Temperature checks does not tell if one has the virus or not. Most people in Thailand assume they just have the flu when they come down with the virus. So with very little testing I can guess this is the way the tourist will be tested if or when they start arriving very few.

It has been a long time in the US they looked anyone up for drunk driving. Years back they made a mistake of doing that when the person they accused of driving drunk was not drunk but on drugs. Now they catch someone they take them to a hospital or clinic for verification and then charge you with DUI ( driving under the influence).

Stupid is as stupid does, he was not taught that any car, van or truck with siren's on and roof emergency lights flashing was an emergency, pull over and let it pass.  It could have been the truck drivers mother or wife in the ambulance.

If you can say Thailand is keeping the virus under control with only testing only .03 % of the people. Then yes with little to no testing you can say it is under control.  The .03% is what I have read in 2 different reports.
