I’m going to get a new Non-O visa. Normally I drive the car from Pattaya to Mukdahan but would prefer flying out of  U-TPao or Bangkok. Any suggestions of the best place to option a new visa without money in the bank. I had never had problems in Savannakhet but I’m tired of the long drive. I would also like to experience another country in S-E Asia

Maybe - I just didn’t like the attitude. When I paid for my visa the officer “forgot” to give me back change. That never happened in Amnat Charoen, I always give them tip but don’t approve of self service

Thank you for your precise answer. I guess the easiest option for me is to go to the Amphur and get the oldest child legitimized. I have lived here the last 13 years mostly on Non-b work visas.

I don’t have 400,000 in the bank. I have 3 children that stay with me and I take care of them. Their housepaper is registered at my rental house. Their mother and I were never married and she travels a lot outside the country with her new partner and only provides financial support for the children. The oldest child is 8 years old. What are my options for a 1- year Visa extension , traveling out of the country every 3 months is an emotional strain on the children so I have to find an alternative

Roi-Et immigration is very special. They once informed me that the rules from Bangkok doesn’t apply to them. In their direct words”Bangkok rules not same as in Roi-Et” ?
