Our Pacific Cod is line caught as well (vs trawler caught). This means that the cod loins are white because they are processed as soon as they are caught.
Trawler caught cod is yellow in colour (if you can find any cod in a supermarket they are likely to be trawler caught and yellow in colour). Trawler caught fish is less fresh because the fish may be dead in the fishing nets for hours before they are processed. Trawler caught fish meat is yellow because the blood in the dead fish has spread throughout the meat causing it to turn a yellow colour.
Best to stick with wild line caught fish!!.... as far as we know we are the only company in Thailand that supplies wild line caught cod directly to end customers....

Hi. The reason we ask for the order number and proof of bank payment is because we get hundreds of bank transfers paid to our account every week from our customers. Without getting the notification from our customers together with the amount and order number, you can imagine it would be hard to track which payment has come from which customer. Soon we hope to be able to offer credit card payments and over the counter payments at any 7 Eleven so this should make it a lot easier as it should be automatically tracked. I know our system is not perfect but it seems to generally work fine.
If you live in the Don Mueang area then we can do cash on delivery to you no problem. Our delivery fee is based on actual cost as it is a nearly 70km round trip from our office and retail shop in Bang Na area. Yes this is farmed salmon and I agree that Wild salmon is believed to be better than farmed salmon because wild salmon are fed with natural food they can find in the ocean. Therefore, they have higher Omega 3, EPA, DHA, vitamin A, B and calcium, but they are pricier than farmed salmon too.
