Another example i can recall, is someone who - while at the gate - became too ill/sick to the point that they’re not eligible or safe to board/fly.
And if I just changed my mind and don't want to go whatever reason - can I get back if I have re-entry permit?

Last Thursday me and my miss went to Immigration to extend my visa. It's 30 km away from my condo. We took the queue number and went to pick up the white plate from the dealer at Ramkhamhaeng. Another 30 km. Then we went back to immigration - another 25 km. Then went back home - 35 km. Totally around 120 km.
Spent only 11.1 kWh * 5.5 THB * 1.2 ≈ 75 THB.
Happy with it. ????
Comparing to her old Vios it's more than 3 times cheaper to drive this electric vehicle.

Could not register - app asks for Thai ID only. No passport verification available... ????

They use the same random number generator app that selects their lottery numbers.
There is no app - Thailand can't create any quality apps, but can create pretty girls to spin those old-fashioned cylinders lol

I don't think that's a good idea ongoing.
There are just 2 sanctions for not reporting 90-days: 2000 thb fine if you come to the office by yourseld to report and 5000 thb if officers will catch you somewhere.
So, if I should pay 2000 it's better to pay next year before next yearly extension in September and skip all 90-days reports until that day.

Why did they refuse your report via post?
They said I have missed the "report window".
20 minutes ago, DrJack54 said:Why would you be able to report now after missing 2 or 3 reports be able to avoid a fine.
I just read "Amnesty" in the topic and thought maybe now can report without fine.
21 minutes ago, DrJack54 said:Have 2000baht in your pocket and go to immigration.
I got my yearly extension of stay last September so I think there is no reason I should go there, pay money and report again every 90 days.
It's better to wait next year and report before next extension. ????

Thank you for the translation.
What does it mean?
I have not reported my 90-days since April 2021 when they refused to approve my report by the post and asked me to come to the office to pay 2000 thb fine.
Can I report now without paying fine? ????

Why not do it online or mail it in? I've never submitted a 90 day report in person.
I've tried submit it online but noticed one thing: after your trip outside Thailand you can't use online service for report your 90-days - system says something like "Please contact IO".
I suppose the system doesn't have arrival card number in it to complete the process online.
So, I always had to do my first 90-days report in person at CW after trip abroad. ????
-
Next week I have to go to CW to do my 90 days report.
Have no TM-30 cause my room owner can't receive login/password online (looks like she doesn't want to deal with immigration).
My idea to avoid 800฿ fine is to check-in to some hotel before visiting CW IO.
Should I ask the hotel to print out TM-30?
And what address should I report in TM-47 if I'll have TM-30 from the hotel? ????
Thx.

But the IO would see the extension of stay stamped in the passport and could well ask questions about it
So, what questions he could ask?
Should I have any letter from my company?

Relying on information supplied by the 'friend of a friend is not a good idea.
I agree 100% but I am still confused about this situation.
He told me there is no any data exchange between Ministry of Labour and Immigration. So, the immigration officer on the border will never know about my WP status.

You need to leave on or before May 1st.
BTW my friend asked his friend about my situation and he told me I can stay until my extension date.
He told me the Immigration Office will never know about my work permit cancelled or not, so I can stay under my extension.
Is there any risk of going this way?
-
Thank you guys. Will book my flight on 1st of May.

You may be entitled to 3 months( 90 days) severence pay.
Yes, you're right - they told me they will pay 3 months.
So, now I am thinking of the date when I should leave the country to apply for tourist visa...
Should it be 1st of May? Or 7th? Or depends on WP and visa cancel dates?

Another question? How long have you worked for that company?
1 year and 10 months.
-
I am confused a bit:
My company notified me they are going to terminate my contract on 1st of May.
I have a WP and extension of stay based on WP.
What should I do and when should I leave the country to avoid any problems with immigration?

I have 2 cards from Lumpini condo. One works for entrance door and lift, another - for parking either. So, I want to copy parking card to use it sometimes.
Condo office will not make it because one room can use only 1 parking card.
I want to copy it just to be able to open the parking gate when I am going by motorcycle while my GF going by car.
Anyone had an experience of copy Lumpini card?
Or they use extended security system and cards cannot be copied without their computer, coding softwate and equipment?
