Can anyone guide about getting one year multiple non o visa from thai embassy Islamabad with process and required documents

now he's a Citizen, he even needs to apply for permission to leave the country, so he says...

What kind of citizen he is that he have to have permission to leave the kingdom

But there isn't anyone from Cambodia oe laos or vietnam who are working as tailors and own businesses

Would like to know how these Burmese can get visa and work permits for two years and they don't have to pay any tax they don't even have to go to immigration for extension the permits which are allowed to work as labourers are used as tailors or restaurants staff but no body bother to check these guys which even own businesses at MBK or at many touristy places immigration and labour office should notice this irregularities
