  1. thank you; I tried in Hua Hin at Blueport Mall, Kasikorn, Siam Commercial, Bangkok Bank, , Kasikorn didnt ask for a yellow book, Siam did, Bangkok Bank I don't recall if they did or not (mostly they spoke in Thai with my wife) the house is in Bor Fai , not sure which office will be issuing the yellow book. any helpful suggestions is appreciated.
  2. thanks all, I think the non-o and the re-entry visa is the cheapest way, I plan to get a Thai bank account (and yellow house book - if I need it) while I am there , that is the main reason for getting the Non-O on this trip. tried to get a bank account on a tourist visa last trip with over 30 days remaining but none of the major banks were interested without a non-immi visa, some wanted the yellow book too.
  3. a few days on the first time, 30-60 days when returning from Cambodia, isn't it the retirement AO visa the requires insurance, I am married to a Thai and applying for the Non O
  4. Am I allowed to do this? Apply for single entry Non-Immigrant “O” Single Entry Visa and get granted a single-entry Non-O visa from Canberra Embassy Enter Thailand Suvarnabhumi Airport on a visa exempt , stay 5 days, Exit Thailand Don Muang to visit Cambodia, stay 5 days. Enter Thailand Don Muang on Non-Immigrant “O” Single Entry Visa Exit Thailand Suvarnabhumi Airport within 60 days Or If I am granted a Non-Immigrant “O” Single Entry Visa , must I use this on the first entry to Thailand and I cannot use visa exempt. And in this case I must apply for a Non-Immigrant “O” Multiple Entry Visa ? Or can I apply for Non-Immigrant “O” Single Entry Visa and get a re-entry permit at Don Muang when travelling to Cambodia? There a is a big difference in cost for Non-Immigrant “O” Single Entry Visa and Non-Immigrant “O” Multiple Entry Visa and I am trying to minimise my costs. Thank you
  5. thanks a lot for the tips bamnutsak, it was the answer I was looking for, really quite easy once you know.
  6. the before page with the data or the after page with the screen shot of the green pop up? I have both but this seems like a very strange system
  7. tried it twice, my Thai friend says there is no receipt number given see below for green pop up that I screenshotted in the 2 seconds it was there.
  8. hi all, I just filled out my first TM30 on the "new system" at this address https://tm30.immigration.go.th/tm30/#/external/ifa/add all I got was a green pop up for a couple of seconds stating "the data has been stored correctly" aren't I supposed to get some receipt number or be able to print to prove I have done the TM30 ? isn't this proof required for some other immigration matters such as extensions of Non Immi-O ? thanks
  9. thank you Mutt Daeng, this seems to be the case. a Thai friend has just done the first address for me, I might try the second myself.
  10. hi all, we have 2 houses with different logins and passwords to this address, just testing it works as I have not used it since Jan 2023 https://tm30.immigration.go.th/tm30api/signupExternal both are reporting " Invalid user ID or password." unable to reset password either "invalid data please check again" does anyone know is this the correct URL? anyone else having problems? thanks
  11. Does anyone know of online resources that shows a Thai business company registration. in Australia we use this site https://abr.business.gov.au/ does Thailand have anything similar? thanks
  12. hi all the last few times I have been to Thailand no TM6 has been needed at the arrival process. The TM30 online notification has a box for the TM6 number. Is that box left blank or even though not required I still need to find one of those blue and white forms for the purpose of the TM30? thanks
  13. I can confirm that this registration link https://extranet.immigration.go.th/fn24online/FilterNoLogonServlet?nodeId=24&programId=FNHOTELREG is correct once I was there it was all self explanatory (wife translating) for Thai language popups - as my Aussie passport is being renewed we used her Thai details to sign up, all went as expected, received sign up email, confirmed the link, changed the password, logged in successfully. we are all set for when we arrive. thanks to everyone that provided helpful assistance.
  14. my wife is not registered yet, I would like to register her. thanks I have edited the OP. has anyone been successful with the register button on the this website, last time we tried (last year) the email confirmation didn't arrive
  15. hi all, there used to be a sign up for the housemaster (my wife) to be able to easily register me at our home (TM30) when we travel to Thailand my wife is not registered yet, I would like to register her. https://www.immigration.go.th/en/?page_id=1690 but the sign up form is no longer there. does anyone know of an online process and link to follow? thanks in advance

  17. hi everyone, anyone know someone in the Hua Hin area who can replace this drain, it is not holding water in the trap and letting the smells in. thanks
  18. I moved the TV from one room to another, same TV works fine in the bedroom but not in the lounge room pulled off the wall plate but I think something is disconnected in the roof space , so need someone to check that,
  19. hi all, we have an antenna on the roof but lounge room antenna wall sockets isnt producing a signal on the TV, bedroom socket is ok, anyone know a tv antenna installer near hua hin? thanks in advance
  20. as discussed on my PM to you, now for others if they search the forum. I had a great experience with Dr.Macbook in Bangkok, a google search will easily find him.
  21. thanks I don't need bridge mode, I just need a connection where the ISP does not double natt (network translation) the connection (not that I need to do port forwarding but) , making port forwarding impossible. the HIK application denies unbinding if you are behind more than one router, which double natting the connection means there is another router in the AIS infrastructure that means what I think is my public IP address is actually not.
  22. I need an internet connection that is not double natted to unbind an account from a HIK security device. my AIS fibre connection is double natted and the unbinding fails. any suggestions? thanks
